This lovely, cosy apartment is on the fourth floor in a green area of Salford, just on the outskirts of the City. There’s one bedroom, a bathroom with a large tub and spacious living area with attached kitchen. Large floor to ceiling windows allow lots of natural light to flow and there’s a juliet balcony for when the weather permits!
This is the perfect property for a young couple or a working professional looking for a relaxing stay in exciting Manchester!
The property is located close to a large supermarket, with some great transport links to Salford or Manchester City Centre. It’s a one bedroom apartment with a spacious living room/dining area and well stocked kitchen. There’s a gated communal garden with benches in front of the property to enjoy in the summer. This space would be ideal for a couple looking to visit Manchester that’s away from all the noise, but close enough to walk to everything.
LiIVING AND KITCHEN AREA
Our modern and spacious living space is a lovely place to relax. Bright rugs and accessories keep the room fun and optimistic. There is a comfortable 2 seater sofa - the perfect place to relax and watch our smart TV, or eat at the small coffee table.
The open plan dining area has a table and two chairs, for two if you fancy a more formal meal.
The kitchen has everything you require to prepare a delicious meal. Fridge with Freezer shelf has ample space to store food, with a fully electric oven and hobs. The flat also includes an espresso machine which we will provide coffee pods for!
There is a sumptuous double bed, which will be made up with hotel quality linens for added luxury for your stay! The large windows allowing lots of natural light during the day, and there is a big wardrobe to store all your luggage.
The sparkling bathroom features a large bathtub and shower, and large fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
There are bars and restaurants a 2 min walk away, with a large supermarket a little further up the road. In the opposite direction there’s a large park and a 10 min walk will take you to Old Trafford football grounds, the home of Manchester United.
The apartment is very well situated, with great transport links to Old Trafford, Salford Quays and Manchester city centre. The closest bus stop is a 5 min walk toward Regent Road and will connect you to the Metrolink and Rail services.
