Charming apartment with garden on the ground floor in the villa, spacious and comfortable. It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub) and a large and airy kitchen-living room with direct access to a wonderful terrace where you can dine enjoying a wonderful view of the sea. Tropea sea. At the entrance of the apartment there is another large terrace with armchairs and a rocking chair.

The house is located in Santa Domenica di Ricadi, a few steps from the wonderful beaches of "Baia di Riaci" and "Formicoli", just 2 km from Tropea and 5 km from Capo Vaticano. It enjoys a beautiful panorama, visible from all rooms. You can admire the clear sea and a suggestive view of the Aeolian Islands, especially the Stromboli.
