The property is next to the main house (Glenwye) but has its own private entrance. The Granary sits just behind the Green at Wooburn Green and is a 1 minute walk from several village pubs, an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop and various village shops. There is secure parking for 2 cars and access to beautiful walks in the Chiltern Hills.

Home from home

This is a self contained home located close to the centre of Wooburn Green village. Mark and Laura are a lovely couple and we felt like part of the family.

Home away from home for 2 months

I stayed at the Granary for 2 months while working in the UK office for the company I work for. I had the best time at the Granary. The home is more beautiful than the pics. It’s extremely comfortable and a true home away from home. I didn’t have any issues during my stay. Mark & Laura are phenomenal hosts. Whenever I had questions, they promptly answered them and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire family is actually really lovely. Even their children were warm & welcoming when I saw them! The Granary is close to Marlow and easily accessible in case you want to go into town for dinner or shopping. There are a few train stations close by with direct trains to London that get you there in about 30-35 min. I recommend this home to anyone. You won’t regret it.

Amazing Stay at a Beautiful

I had an amazing stay at the Granary. Laura & Mark were amazing hosts who made me feel welcomed and did all they could to accommodate me. The property is absolutely gorgeous! It is even more beautiful than the photographs. It’s clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. I really felt at home here for my 2 month stay. If you need to be in this area, I absolutely recommend staying here. I would stay again without hesitation!

Truly a home away from home!

I was in the UK for an extended business trip, and was fortunate to find this lovely annex home close to my employers' office. Not only is it perfectly situated near my office, the train into London and Heathrow Airport (I was on the go a lot), but the house itself is in impeccable shape. It's also within walking distance to the common green, where there is a Tesco Express for all grocery needs, as well as nice restaurants, cafes and pubs. That was important to me because I didn't have nor want a car. Laura and Mark are also excellent "landlords" -- they were quick to respond if I needed help, and also provided reminders and tips to make my stay so easy. They clearly put a lot of care into the home -- it was clean, cozy, safe, and very nicely decorated. I couldn't have asked for a better home away from my home! The next time I travel to High Wycombe, I hope to stay here!
