Walk the family to the beach, enjoy an outing on Spring Lake in the kayaks or paddle board that are provided free to guests. Then hop on the bikes, provided for guests, and take the bike trail down town for a night on the town. Or enjoy a day at Grand Haven or Hoffmaster Beach, which are only minutes away, and then return to the cottage for a night of grilling out and relaxing by the fire pit.

Good location

If you’re just using this home as a base for things like Grand Haven, Lake Michigan, Michigan’s Adventure, this is a great place. Lots of space for multiple families. Outside of home needs a lot of TLC including backyard. Inside was clean but beds were old and couches were pretty uncomfortable. Didn’t use the kayaks as the launch point is a couple blocks walk and didn’t want to deal with that.

family vacation

we enjoyed our stay at the property. the location was very nice and walking distance to the public access at spring lake. it was clean and accommodated the whole family. the only downfall was it had 1 bathroom and the beds were old, sunk in and very uncomfortable. the property could use some updated furniture and some cooking pans that aren’t rusty! other than that we had a great experience!

Great place for extended family

We had a great time. There was plenty of room. We went to the beach, rode the bikes, took the kayaks out, and used the fire pit. We enjoyed it all. Thanks so much.
