Fig Tree apartment 3 is located in central Protaras, close to the end of the main strip, adjacent to the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped. The perfect location for family holidays, everything within a few minutes walking distance and only a few meters from the center.
The apartment is entered from the road via large outside stairs to the front door at the rear of the apartment. It faces onto the avenue leading to the beach and has side sea views from the balcony. The bright, open plan living area comprises of a small, fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, kitchen table and four chairs. The living area has two large sofa beds that convert to sleep two children. A coffee table, a flat screen TV with satellite and Wifi.
From the living room area, patio doors lead out to the balcony. It is an ideal place to rest, relax and sunbathe, furnished with a table and chairs and two sun beds and has a side sea view.
There is 1 bedroom, which has two single beds complete with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a good sized bathroom with bath with shower, basin and WC. The washing machine is also located here.
Please note: There is an arrangement with the hotel opposite ‘Chrystalla’ that guests staying in this apartment can use their Swimming pool - free of charge.
Guests will have sole use of the whole apartment.

The selection of watersports abounds at these beaches, ranging from skiing and paragliding to snorkeling and scuba diving and the boats wait on the piers to take you for unforgettable trips.
The lengthy seaside promenade is perfect for a sunset stroll or a leisurely bicycle ride offering at the same time the visitor the opportunity to explore further the area. Visit the harbors of Agia Triada and the picturesque Agios Nicolaos. Take a nature trail or one of the cycling paths and enjoy seamless views of the sea. Along them you’ll discover rare species of flora and fauna and little chapels will greet you betraying the orthodox faith of the place like Agioi Saranta which is set in a mountain cave and Agios Ioannis a little chapel hidden in a valley. The ascend of the 153-steps uphill leading to the chapel of Profitis Elias will definitely reward you with breathtaking views of Protaras.
