un bijou au coeur du Cantal

La location est très confortable, pratique, accessible par un escalier comme par ascenseur, très propre, en excellent état et très bien située dans un cadre naturel et calme à quelques mètres du télésiège de Rombière.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires, toujours prêts à rendre service et renseigner pour un séjour le plus agréable possible.

La location est idéalement située pour aller faire des randonnées ou des promenades à cheval.

Absolument à recommander.

WE d'enfer

Cet appartement a tout ! il est cosy, chaleureux …au pied des pistes.

Il est idéal en famille ou entre amis .

Des jeux sont à disposition, la cuisine est impeccable , rien ne manque et vous êtes à 200 m à pied du télésiège…

Bref nous avons adoré notre séjour …cela fait 2 fois que nous venons et nous y retournerons c'est sur

superbe appartement

Très bel appartement spacieux, très ensoleillé,( un grand balcon pour profiter du soleil!!)très fonctionnel très bien équipé avec une super déco, proche des pistes et magasins de location.Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer un agréable séjour à la montagne dans une ambiance familiale.

COUP DE COEUR POUR CET APPARTEMENT

Très bel appartement,avec vue sûr les montagnes, un excellent confort et une décoration soignée.Les principaux sites touristiques de la région(Puy Mary,Plomb du Cantal,Viaduc de Garabit,etc.... )sont situés à proximité,ainsi que de nombreuses commodités .Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.La propriétaire nous a réservé un très bon accueil .

L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité des magasins de location de matériel ainsi que des remontées mécaniques. L'équipement récent et haut de gamme ainsi qu'un agencement bien pensé ont contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable! Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation !

Apartment T4 for 8/9 people in the ALTURA residence in the Font d'Alagnon sector. Underground parking, ski storage room, elevator) close to the slopes. Great calm and views of the mountains and fir trees from the two wooden balconies

In winter, you are close to the slopes of Alpine and Nordic skiing and snowshoe departures Font d'Alagnon sector. The residence is located near the equipment rental companies and packages of ski lifts.

In summer you are from hiking and mountain biking trails and ski lifts.

The Tour de France will return in the Cantal 5 years after his last visit. In 2011, it was for a step Issoire - Saint-Flour then a step Aurillac - Carmaux. In between, the runners had passed the first rest day in the department, the Tour was therefore spent three days in the Cantal, maximum exposure for the department.

It will be a little less this year, but the Cantal will still be entitled to the first mountain stage of the Tour. The riders will arrive by Salers they will climb the Pas de Peyrol before returning to Murat before the final ascent to Le Lioran. This will be the second arrival of the Tour Lioran after 1975 (victory of the Belgian Michel Pollentier).
