When I came to Spain looking for property I was looking for a place near Puerto Banus - With hindsight I'm absolutely delighted that I never found it. Cabopino has everything for a relaxing break with great beaches, restaurants, bars and a lovely small marina. And is away from the hustle and bustle of the livelier areas with all the associated noise and traffic. Yet it's just a 15 minute drive to the center of Marbella and Puerto Banus for the times you want to visit.
What makes this Apartment unique
Without doubt the biggest feature of this penthouse apartment is its large sunny sea view terraces. Most guests are surprised at the size of the terraces. The terraces wrap all the way around the apartment in a U shape with large East, South and West facing areas ensuring there is not a minute of the day the terraces are not in the sunshine! We do have a shade you can pull out when you have had enough! The size of the apartment itself is also far larger than most, with each of the 2 bedroom suites located in opposite corners, it is a great layout offering privacy to both rooms. Add in the fact you are a 10 minute walk to the beaches, marina and restaurants and it's a great place to be.

This is a top class accommodation, we've stayed in many similar properties but this is the best. Really don't want to recommend to anyone else because we want to come back ourselves. Our host Paul had kindly provided a welcome pack of food and drink so we did not need to rush out shopping. Paul's responses to emails before we arrived were always quick and his information factual and true, making for a most reassuring holiday. We arrived over 2 hours late but he was most understanding and still made us feel incredibly welcome. Every detail about the apartment was explained to us making it easy for us to quickly settled in. By far the best feature is the amazing space outside which was fully equipped with chairs, tables, loungers, cushions, sunshades in fact far more than we had expected but there still remained so much space. You get the sun all day. Even when sitting you can see the sea, which is a bonus. If you're worried about the road noise don't be, this apartment is a good distance from the road but close enough for quick access to the local shops and the sites. Great TV with good internet access and lots of DVD's. Loads of books to read and box games. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay and are looking to rebook later in the year. We have recently returned from our February break within this property and absolutely loved it. The property is exactly as described, the owner is 100% efficient with his information supplied and response where we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering booking this penthouse.
Very well equipped, huge wrap around sun terraces, which were able to take advantage of the winter sun during our time. Easy location to find, quick access to Marbella, local beaches etc. For those who enjoy outdoor life, the boardwalk to La Cala de Mijas is within easy access, allowing extended walks or beach-side running (my wife loved this aspect of our stay most mornings).
We have returned to the Calahonda / Cabopino area on numerous occasions, already looking forward to our next visit. We would return to this property without hesitation, how frustrating that numerous people have already beaten us to the majority of 2019 dates!!

Cabopino has it all, greenery, a beautiful quiet marina, surrounded by many fantastic restaurants, nice bars, great family friendly beaches and easy access to the other attractions along the coast. Yet it remains relatively quiet and refined.
The apartment itself is superbly located to allow you to enjoy Cabopino, it is a short 10 min walk to the beaches, Puerto Cabopino marina, Cabopino Golf and the restaurants, yet just far enough back from the night life to be very quiet when you desire tranquillity.
