Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned penthouse apartment in Cabopino

Marbpent is a very spacious modern air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is 132 m2 excluding the huge 124 m2 terraces - As a guide most apartments in the area tend to range from 70 - 90 m2 with around 30 m2 of terrace.

From the private underground parking, accessed via remote control garage doors, you take the lift up to the top (2nd) floor. Here you have the whole of the top floor of the block with no attached neighbours to either side. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 (7 at a push - 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and single and three quarter sofa beds in the large lounge).

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and benefits from a modern range of furniture and appliances, air conditioning and heating (rarely required in the winter months).

The well thought out apartment design gives, in effect, two self contained separate suites, each with its own entrance door and en-suite bathroom.

Locally owned: You are renting directly from the owners, and we enjoy coming along to meet and greet our guests in person. We are of course on hand to help as and when necessary. In addition we are able to help with our local knowledge of places to go, eating recommendations, etc.

About Paul Bell

I moved to Spain in 2005 after a long career in IT in the UK. I love the laid back lifestyle out here and obviously the climate, especially in the winter months.

I enjoy photography, cycling, motorcycling, cars, hiking, travelling and spending time with my two daughters when possible, who are now studying at university in the UK.

I also spent a lot of time travelling locally with my girlfriend who speaks English, French and Spanish.

Why Paul Bell chose Marbella

When I came to Spain looking for property I was looking for a place near Puerto Banus - With hindsight I'm absolutely delighted that I never found it. Cabopino has everything for a relaxing break with great beaches, restaurants, bars and a lovely small marina. And is away from the hustle and bustle of the livelier areas with all the associated noise and traffic. Yet it's just a 15 minute drive to the center of Marbella and Puerto Banus for the times you want to visit.

What makes this apartment unique

Without doubt the biggest feature of this penthouse apartment is its large sunny sea view terraces. Most guests are surprised at the size of the terraces. The terraces wrap all the way around the apartment in a U shape with large East, South and West facing areas ensuring there is not a minute of the day the terraces are not in the sunshine! We do have a shade you can pull out when you have had enough!

The size of the apartment itself is also far larger than most, with each of the 2 bedroom suites located in opposite corners, it is a great layout offering privacy to both rooms.

Add in the fact you are a 10 minute walk to the beaches, marina and restaurants and it's a great place to be.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 9 nights in mid January. It’s a fantastic apartment, very well equipped and spacious, with sun terraces on three sides and views towards the sea. We had plenty of sunshine and it was lovely to soak up some winter sun. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach and to the small port of Cabopino which has a selection of restaurants and bars. It’s also well placed for visiting other towns like Estepona, Mijas Pueblo and Marbella. We loved Marbella with its narrow streets and orange trees. You get some amazing sunsets in this area and you can actually see the coast of North Africa. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.

A spacious luxury property, perfect for a young family

A fantastic property, beautifully decorated with stunning views from the balcony.

We visited the property with my 2.5 year old and 3 month old daughters. The property was well equipped to make our stay comfortable and convienant. There was plenty of room for the travel cot provided to go in either the master bedroom or second bedroom. On arrival Paul had stocked the fridge with family friendly goodies to see us through till we could get to the supermarket/cafes/restaurants. The dishwash, washing machine and microwave made the stay easy and the lift gave easy access to the property with all the gear that goes with kids. There was so much space in each room that we could comfortably spread out, play and not desturb the rare lie-ins.

There is so much to do in the area, beautiful beaches, play parks, fish to feed at the port, excellent restaurants, tapas bars (and a cocktail bar for mummy), all of which where so welcoming to families. If you have a car, we loved a day in the mountains and a boat trip seeing dolphins. Paul's guide provided some great local knowledge.

A really lovely family holiday with lots of happy memories. We will be back.

The most amazing panoramic views

Amazing penthouse, everything you need for your stay, great facilities for outdoor dining, amazing wrap around terrace with beautiful views, my sister and I spent many a late night watching the fishing boats go out to sea, and the cruise liners coming and going. A short ten minute walk and you are in Cabopino Port and beach, where you will find some wonderful restaurants, we absolutely loved our two weeks here and didn't want to come home. Thank you Paul for allowing us to stay in your apartment. Kind regards Catherine and Susan, hope to see you next year

Spacious, lovely views & very well equipped

Paul met us on arrival and had left us a lovely welcome pack with all the essentials & some extras. The apartment is very well presented and equipped with all your home comforts, my 2 year old son particularly liked the toy wheel barrow! It was lovely to watch the sun set on the terrace then sit on the comfy sofa at the end of a busy day and watch a dvd. The pizza place around the corner is also very good as our the restaurants on the marina. It's about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and maybe 10 to the beach or marina, we didn't have a car and didn't miss it.

We didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that but the beaches are beautiful.

I highly recommend this apartment and hopefully will come again soon.

Cabopino, located a few miles east of Marbella, is often described as the Costa Del Sol's best kept secret, and the Jewel in the Costa del Sol. There is no better place on the Costa Del Sol for a refined family holiday, or a relaxing break.

Cabopino has it all, greenery, a beautiful quiet marina, surrounded by many fantastic restaurants, nice bars, great family friendly beaches and easy access to the other attractions along the coast. Yet it remains relatively quiet and refined.

The apartment itself is superbly located to allow you to enjoy Cabopino, it is a short 10 min walk to the beaches, Puerto Cabopino marina, Cabopino Golf and the restaurants, yet just far enough back from the night life to be very quiet when you desire tranquillity.
