Cavallino is a very spacious modern air conditioned 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment is 132 m2 excluding the huge 124 m2 terraces - As a guide most apartments in the area tend to range from 70 - 90 m2 with around 30 m2 of terrace.

From the private underground parking, accessed via remote control garage doors, you take the lift up to the top (2nd) floor. Here you have the whole of the top floor of the block with no attached neighbours to either side. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 (7 at a push - 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, and single and three quarter sofa beds in the large lounge).
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and benefits from a modern range of furniture and appliances, air conditioning and heating (rarely required in the winter months).
The well thought out apartment design gives, in effect, two self contained separate suites, each with its own entrance door and en-suite bathroom.
Locally owned: You are renting directly from the owners, and we enjoy coming along to meet and greet our guests in person. We are of course on hand to help as and when necessary. In addition we are able to help with our local knowledge of places to go, eating recommendations, etc.

Amazing penthouse, everything you need for your stay, great facilities for outdoor dining, amazing wrap around terrace with beautiful views, my sister and I spent many a late night watching the fishing boats go out to sea, and the cruise liners coming and going. A short ten minute walk and you are in Cabopino Port and beach, where you will find some wonderful restaurants, we absolutely loved our two weeks here and didn't want to come home. Paul met us on arrival and had left us a lovely welcome pack with all the essentials & some extras. The apartment is very well presented and equipped with all your home comforts, my 2 year old son particularly liked the toy wheel barrow! It was lovely to watch the sun set on the terrace then sit on the comfy sofa at the end of a busy day and watch a dvd. The pizza place around the corner is also very good as our the restaurants on the marina. It's about a 5 minute walk from the bus stop and maybe 10 to the beach or marina, we didn't have a car and didn't miss it.
We didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that but the beaches are beautiful.
I highly recommend this apartment and hopefully will come again soon.
We would like to thank you once again for the use of your fabulous
apartment, it is now a very much loved second home to us all ! The apartment
is immaculate and is perfectly situated for us as we love going to the
beach. To eat out or simply have a drink at the Marina in the evenings is so
easy as it is only a short walk away, so once again perfect. On the nights
we stayed in we made full use of the new bar-b-que which is fantastic,
eating out on the terrace is wonderful and the views as the light changes
throughout the evening are fabulous, we enjoyed many an evening sitting in
the comfy seating area admiring them. We loved every minute of our stay in
Cabopino and can't wait to come back again next year, it will be our eighth
consecutive year staying at the apartment.
Paul, thanks so much for your wonderful hospitality! The apartment was great and we appreciate your suggestions for dining, things to do. You were spot on with the info you provided. Some things one must do just once because you're so close (i.e. Tangier & Gibraltar). We can now mark those off the bucket list! We enjoyed the shopping/views in Mijas and was saved from the longer drive to Ronda, although I'm sure it is very pretty. We enjoyed dining at Hermosa's so much that we took the girls back our last night! We missed meeting Cheryl, but hope to someday visit again!
Everything was fantastic,from booking to leaving.the bells were very helpful.the terrace is brilliant ,very good when our child was asleep we could get the sun all day.nice area will definitely be back

Changeover date is usually Saturday but this is negotiable for short notice and low season (October to March) bookings. High season mid week arrivals may be possible, but if possible these may be subject to a 10% surcharge on the first weeks price, t
