The apartment complex is situated in a little beach village in kefalonia island, ionion sea. It is ideally set in the tranquil village of Agia Efimia, in the eastern coastline between Sami and Fiscardo.

Situated just in the middle of the island facilitate you wanderind over. The big advantage is the clean clear blue water and the life in a small locally colored village.

During the summer, there is a lot of festivals and events and there is a range of activities to do there, such as water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, riding, boat rental, walking in special paths,nights with live Greek music at the restaurants.

The apartment is on the second floor. It has one bedroom on the loft (internal stairs) with a king-size DUNLOPILLO (2018) bed & 2 layer mattress and one more spacious room downstairs for the kitchenette and the living room; a sofa single size bed can host 1 more guest aged over 7 y.o (for younger kids we kindly recommend Alkmene apartment or Helectra apartment) with no charge. The bathroom with cabin shower and the balcony has a view of the village and the sea in the background.

There is a playground, in the large yard of the old primary school, in 50 meters. Cars can be parked in the street, in front of the building. The food market is across the street, restaurants and coffee shops between 30 - 200 meters.

Agia Efimia is the best destination in Kefalonia because it is located in the middle of the island, so, the most outlying places of interest are 30-35km distance away. Also, Agia Efimia is very famous for the north coastline, you can reach by renting a motorboat, or let a skipper do it for you because it is accessible only by the sea.
