A great, modern townhouse, located in a central position of the shopping district

We are a family of two adults and two children who really enjoyed this spacious townhouse, located on a pedestrianised area of Cagliari. The house itself was beautiful with all the amenities. Freshly modern, and included several Juliet balconies. The host was also great with superb communication throughout. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Nice apartment in good location and excellent communications

We totally enjoyed the apartment with a few exceptions. The pictures are accurate and the apartment does look like it could be used for a photo layout in a magazine. We found the location nice on a pedestrian street with no traffic and closed enough to walk anywhere we wanted in no more that 15 minutes. Communication with Gianandrea was very good and Mateo was most gracious in setting us up in the apartment. There was an issue with the shower drain and they were right on top of it getting it remedied almost immediately. The only reason we gave it 4 stars is there were some pretty basic amenities missing. Not a deal breaker but there were no hangers for mens pants, no type of shower caddy for holding soap or shampoo, no trash cans in either bathroom or bedrooms. These things can be easily remedied. Lastly, if your taking a cab from the airport, be totally clear on cost and where exactly you will be dropped off. Since its a pedestrian street the closest you can get is maybe 100 meters. First cab told me 50 Euro and we would have to walk 1500 meters! Second cab charged 20 Euro and brough us as close as you could get with an auto.

Amazing Place & Amazing Stay

I highly recommend this house and the location is perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. It is conveniently located in the city center. If you do not have a car its perfect location. If you have a car its ok as well. We parked at the train station 10 euro a day. Its a nice walk in the city center. We drove to the beach which was easy or you can take a taxi as well. The owner is great and very helpful for locating great food etc. When we come back we will not stay anywhere else!
