A simple entry with a brick-paved courtyard with ample parking for 2 cars (truly a luxury in KW) belies the comfort and quality of this home. The front porch spans the full width of the home with a covered “twin” directly above. The entry hall leads into the spacious and lofty (10’ ceiling) great room with comfortable furnishings to complement the large room. A double set of French doors that fills the entire wall leads to the pool & tropical gardens to provide an easy flow for indoor/outdoor living.
The crystal-clear heated pool with a unique waterfall wall, the lush tropical landscaping ,and tall fencing afford tropical refreshment & privacy for our guests. With ample deck furnishings, ceiling fans in the covered area, and Weber gas grill, it is—the Perfect Place!
Adjacent to the great room is the dream kitchen, well-stocked with a large variety of cooking essentials. The Thermador appliances are stainless steel with a professional chef’s range with 4 gas burners, grill and griddle as well as microwave, large oven with warming drawer, and stainless steel double sinks. Granite countertops and more than ample maple and oak cabinetry complete this outstanding kitchen—the Perfect Place!
The 1st-floor bedroom boasts two twin beds with large closet and en suit bath. Adjacent to the room in the entry hall is another large closet with such necessities as camp chairs for the beach, coolers, reusable grocery bags, batteries and a variety of other essentials for the convenience of our guests.
The second floor master bedroom has a 17-foot ceiling that is truly heavenly! A double set of French doors opens to a covered porch, a perfect place to relax, especially in the hammock chair suspended from the porch’s ceiling. Enjoy and chill out there with a commanding view of the pool area and tropical garden. King-sized furnishings and large walk-in closet complete the room. The spectacular en suite master bath has a glass-enclosed over-sized shower with multiple shower heads, large jetted spa tub, double sinks, and for privacy, a separate water closet. The large linen closet can be accessed from both the master bathroom as well as the hall closet. The large-capacity washer/dryer combo is in a 2nd hall closet.
The 2nd upstairs bedroom has queen-sized appointments, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. This room features a large covered porch overlooking the lane, a pleasant place to start the day or end the evening but always for people-watching—the Perfect Place!
