About the property

A house with large open spaces, and a wonderful patio.

His first owner, builder, wanted to make a house different from all the ones he had built before. And he got it. A fresh, spacious, noble house. A redoubt of peace, 8 km from the mountain and 9 from the beach, where children could grow free, and adults feel that way too. He did not enjoy it, but his family did for many years.

It has two double rooms, and a double child's room continues to one of the double rooms. Two bathrooms, the ground floor with security elements for people with mobility problems. Two huge continuous rooms, with two dining areas of different capacities. And two areas of leisure and / or reading with lots of natural light.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, chopper, fridge-freezer, and more than enough household and cooking utensils.

And the porch, and the patio, ..., where the tablecloths meet dinners, taking an incomparable Nespresso, where the sunsets are darkened little by little, while you savor some beers with friends, and where the nights never end, first with a wine, then with a cava, good chat, and good company.

A huge garage allows not only to store the vehicle but also motorcycles, bicycles, jet skis and even a small boat. Go for the bread with your bike ..., how long has it been since you last did it? Go walking to Gandia, 1.5 km, between orange groves. With your pet enjoying the herbs of the field.

NOTE: pets are allowed, provided that the tenants commit themselves to: 1) prohibit access to the house, 2) the pet does not have to deposit any excrement inside the property, 3) the rest of the neighbors is sacred, priority , and therefore the animal can not under any circumstances interfere with their noises, under the responsibility of their owners.

About The Owner

I have conditioned this house to spend my rest days in it. To meet with my family, and my friends. To rest, and watch the days go by while I enjoy my favorite places in the region of Safor.

Every weekend, for a year, I have made small restorations to be able to leave it as it is. A lot of effort, after intense work during the week. But the result has been worth it.

Why The Owner chose Safor

This is the house where I grew up. And in which my nephews grew up. The meeting point of the 4 brothers, to rest and regain strength with the great cooked of my mother. With children living adventures among their trees, their stairs, and in the street, in which hardly any cars pass by. The tablecloths, in the courtyard, with a book, resting in a rocking chair. The dinners, always multitudinous. A residential village, 1.5 km from the big city. 8 km from many beaches, and 7 from the mountain.

And now, restored, I want to enjoy it. And share it

What makes this house unique

A village and a very quiet street. 1.5 km from Gandía, with all the services and leisure activities you can imagine.

Many beaches within reach, quieter (Aigüa Blanca, in Oliva) or more crowded (Gandia), nudists, natural beaches.

And the mountain of the Safor to 7 km: routes by bicycle or motorcycle, walks surrounded by Mediterranean forest, and a river where you can bathe.

And Gandía, Ducal city, with its palace, its collegiate church, its wonderful walk, where you can sit and watch the city go by. And its commercial historical center, where you can find what you want ...

Or if you want to do a few kilometers, you can visit caves, buy sweet wine, visit modernist churches or visit cliffs of vertigo.

Maison atypique mais très agréable à vivre : on se sent vite chez soi.

La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous a donné de très bons conseils sur les visites à faire ....

Les plages sont à proximité, de même pour les commerces

Bref nous avons regretté de n'être que de passage et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

La maison est exactement comme sur les photos

Le cadre est magnifique vraiment on est à côté de la mer toutes les plages sont à proximité et à côté des montagnes ainsi que de tous les commerces

La propriétaire est super sympa elle nous avait préparé tout pleins de dépliants pour profiter de la région

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

Nous recommandons à tous ceux qui apprécient de calme ainsi que les festivités le soir avec beaucoup de feu d'artifice en période d'été

Owner's Response: Una familia estupenda. Cuando regresé a la casa, la encontré perfecta. Gente muy responsable, que han disfrutado de la casa y de la comarca, especialmente bonita, en verano y casi durante todo el año. Ha sido muy facil comunicarme con ellos. Ha sido un placer conocerlos.

Car: recommended

At 10 km from home you have a bounded beach for the practice of kite surfing, with excellent wind conditions. When you finish, you can wash your equipment in the house, since we have a pressure hose.
