The house has a fantastic view with a large, well-equipped terrace, the garden with the essence of Sardinia.
The house is at mt. 250 from Porto Taverna beach in north-eastern Sardinia and 12 km. from Olbia, port and airport,
the house is on the half floor of a villa with two other houses, but is very reserved, and the site is very quiet.
On the first floor there is another house a little larger and with the same view in the photos the house is concerned Molarotto, with two bedrooms and another smaller one with only one bedroom Maía
