We loved the friendliness of the property manager and the neighborhood really made our stay!!!
Great, spacious retreat in New Orleans!
I stayed here for a conference at the convention center and it was a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter, yet still walkable to tons of amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. 10 min walk to convention center, felt safe doing this walk during the day, however walking under the underpass at night as a female by myself wasn't ideal, but ubers/lyfts super quick in the city. Apartment is just as pictured. Bed was very comfortable, and it was a quiet retreat off the street. AC worked great, ironing board provided, along with soaps/shampoos, etc. One of our toilets broke and they weren't able to get it fixed before we left. Overall would recommend and stay here again!
Nice clean beautiful place for a small family or couples. It was quiet but easy to get where we wanted to go. Caroline was excellent to us.
Great property in transitional neighborhood
Very charming property! Comfortable and quiet bedrooms, nicely stocked bathrooms and kitchen, and responsive owners. They provided very clear check in and out instructions, along with a helpful list of activities, transportation, restaurants, and other suggestions. Location is centrally convenient to the activities we wanted for our toddler, but parts of the neighborhood gave us pause about walking. We walked to the trolley line and a few restaurants in the neighborhood but wouldn’t make the same walk at night.
Great Little Condo!
I stayed here with my mother, husband and 4 month old baby.
Pros: Caroline made it very easy on us. She communicates quickly to answer questions and provides easy in and out. The price was right. The house is very well decorated and kept clean. It's stocked with the essentials in the kitchen and bedrooms/bathrooms and even some bonus items like the pack and play and a stroller. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby which made meals easy and delicious.
Cons (all minor!!): There is construction across the street, so it made it a bit tough for walking around with the stroller. It appears there are some neighbors that don't clean up well after their dogs as there was also dog poo on the nearby sidewalks. There's not much the owner can do to control that. There were also some quirks with the furniture - the couch seemed like it was sagging and potentially going to collapse and the beds made a tremendous amount of noise when you got in and out of them (which I only noticed because of the sleeping 4 month old!). I also wished that there were spare towels since we were there for a few days. Otherwise, the place was really great!
Would I stay there again? Recommend it? Absolutely!!!

Wonderful place to stay
Located in the Lower Garden District, the house is 1 block off Magazine Street, and steps from some of New Orleans' best restaurants, coffee shops, local bars, museums, and a convention center. St Charles Avenue and the streetcar are 4 blocks away.
