Situated at900 metres from the Playade la Fossa, the most beautyful of Calpe, in a quiet neighbourhood. Fenced lockable private parking with electric gate. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars very nearby. Large terrace just outside the living, smaller terrace for sunbathers..
Nice big pool, (shared with 6 premises). Garden.
Strictly no smoking – no dogs.
Electricity not included in prices, to be paid separately.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und Herr Paul Colin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit wenn wir Fragen hatten. Im Chalet gab es alles was man als Familie braucht von Handtücher bis Besteck war einfach alles dabei. Die Lage war sehr schön und ruhig und vor allem sicher. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Horror Haus

Wir sind abends im Haus angekommen und fast umgefallen, uns hat ein massiver Gestank nach Insektenvernichtung empfangen. Wir mussten erst mal ordentlich lüften, bevor wir das Haus mit unseren Kindern betreten konnten. Kurz darauf wussten wir auch schon warum es so bestialisch nach Insektiziden stank. Uns begrüßten 2 Kakerlaken, bereits auf dem Rücken liegend und wehrlos. Insgesamt erlegten wir während unserer Woche dort 22 Kakerlaken. Das Haus war nur oberflächlich sauber (die glatten Flächen in der Küche), ansonsten war es regelrecht dreckig. Es war noch die Unterwäsche der Vormieterin in der Schublade. Als nächstes gab es kein Internet IM Haus (außen schon). Angeblich sollte es Glasfaser mit 500Mbit geben, leider nicht für uns. Ich habe den Vermieter angeschrieben am Tag unserer Ankunft und auch noch mal am Tag darauf, es kam keine Antwort und somit auch keine Lösung. Auch die angegebene Telefonnummer der Verwalterin vor Ort hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben überwiegend draußen geschlafen, weil es uns drinnen zu eklig war. Darüber hinaus stand in der Beschreibung von FeWo nichts davon, dass man Strom bezahlen muss. Wir haben am Tag der Anreise eine Anleitung per E-Mail bekommen, die hatte es schon in sich. TV Empfang funktioniert nur eingeschränkt, es wird empfohlen ein HDMI Kabel mitzubringen (Super hilfreich, wenn man schon unterwegs ist). Dann noch der Hinweis, dass, wenn es kein Gas gibt, man welches kaufen muss. Allein betrachtet kein Problem, in der Summer zu viel.
