Stunning 4 bedroom apt on 2 top floors of a private building with frontal view of Rio's best Ipanema beach, private pool, sauna + access to beach across the street. Luxury stay-best part of Rio-exclusive alternative to hotel, but better!

The view is simply the best, the veranda with pool stunning and private, the space lovely and sumptuous, the building private, the area full of entertainment.

The property is in a private and safe building, split into 2 levels. Above, you'll find 'summer':

- a private veranda with a sexy swimming pool and lovely panoramic view of Ipanema, Leblon and the famous mountains seen all over the tourist media.

- next to it, a living/sitting room with a 60'' TV and comfortable sofas

- a sauna, for that SPA feel, diversity and the unusual cold day

- a support kitchen, with everything (exect hobs and oven) you'll need to stay fed!

- a large and stylish bedroom with equally large bathroom (1 square meter Starck shower and large bathtub) for sumptuous comfort.

On the level below ('winter'), you will find:

- a gigantic L-shaped living/dining/TV space for grand-style entertaining

- a fully-fitted kitchen with 2 ovens and everything you'll need for professional cooking

- 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom and 2 sharing a separate bathroom)

- a service area for washing clothes

The apartment is located near 'Posto 8', which is near both Arpoador (a popular beach) and Posto 9 (one the hot spots on the beach. Rio's famous hyppie fair is a block away and lots of other fashion shops are within walking distance. There are restaurants everywhere nearby, allowing for either a private atay at home or easy access to Ipanema's famous night-life.

Our guests have ranged from small romantic couples to business travelers and large party-loving groups. Everybody loves the view and enjoys being able to relax in a private paradise right next to the beach. They go out, cook at home, hit the beach and adore the sun/moon by the pool. They all love it. We never had a bad review and intend to keep it that way!
