This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ocean view condo in the private, gated community of Cinnamon Beach is the perfect spot for you and your family to make wonderful vacation memories. The condo is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible from the covered garage by either staircase or elevator.

Decorated with casual coastal comfort in mind, unit 253 comprises nearly 1400 square feet of living space. The master with private en-suite has a king sized bed, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with queen and twin beds. All three rooms boast flat screen televisions and tasteful décor.The living room has a 52” Smart TV and queen-size sleeper sofa.

The large 30 foot balcony has spectacular views of the ocean and overlooks the 8th fairway of the Jack Nicklaus designed Hammock Beach Oceanfront golf course; Perfect for relaxing and unwinding!

Within the condo you will find a fully equipped cooks’ kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The pantry also includes cooking necessities such as spices, flour, sugar and oil.

A full size washer and dryer are located within the condo along with plenty of beach towels and linens.

Two full-size adult bicycles are available for your enjoyment along with various beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, games, books, and magazines.

The condo itself is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded quiet environment and includes a lap pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The Lake Clubhouse is home to the zero entry family pool and kid “splash zone.” The Cinnamon Grille is also onsite and provides pool-side food service to both the Ocean and Lake Clubhouses. Additional clubhouse amenities include a fitness facility, teen center with foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table and theater style seating and flat screen television.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped.

Cinnamon Beach is a tranquil coastal gem located in Palm Coast, Florida. It is just 20 minutes south of historic St. Augustine, 30 minutes from Daytona Beach, and 75 minutes from Orlando’s famous theme parks.

Also included in the condo is a Welcome Guide filled with helpful information for your stay. It offers information on the activities in Northeast Florida, as well as the historic St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, the Space coast, and Orlando.

Owning a Beachfront Condo has always been the dream of our family; a place where we could come to relax, unwind, and enjoy sun, sand, and saltwater. We have all pitched in to help manage and maintain Cinnamon Beach 253 and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Our Mom, Jean, is the majority owner, while daughter, Margo, and son, Bill manage the day to day operation and maintenance of the condo. Mom, Jean, is a retiree who lives just south of Palm Coast in Viera. Bill is a business owner who lives in Connecticut and Margo is an Account Representative who lives in Georgia. Together with our extended family we have created the place we call "Cinnamon Beach 253."

Located just minutes off of Interstate I-95, Ocean Hammock Beach Resort and Cinnamon beach seemed to offer everything and more for us as we searched for that “perfect” vacation home. We were immediately impressed the minute we drove through the main gate as we noticed the well-manicured landscape. The open floor plan of the condo provided enough space for a large family and the expansive balcony provided the ocean views we desired with the added perk that it overlooked the 8th hole of the golf course. The beach was beautiful and pristine and the sand the color of Cinnamon! Together with all the amenities that Ocean Hammock Resort had to offer, we felt we had found our perfect vacation home in Cinnamon Beach 253.

What makes this condo unique

We've taken great care to provide you with everything you might need for your beach vacation. From the fully stocked kitchen, to the linens, 8 beach towels, beach chairs and toys, to the bikes; we’ve tried to think of it all. We manage the unit ourselves and do not use a management/leasing company; we believe this gives you the “personal touch.” It is our hope that you will have a great time filled with lasting memories.

Condo by the Sea

This condo is the perfect place to "kick back & relax"! It is located on the beautiful Palm Coast which is a short drive south of St. Augustine (where we spent 2 days sightseeing). The condo is very clean and well appointed. The patio (with an ocean view) is where we spent a lot of time reading, eating meals & drinking wine. The owner was wonderful. She was very responsive to us and bent over backwards to make our stay a great one. We look forward to returning- and highly recommend this condo!

Great family getaway!

Condo was as nice as pictured, with everything needed for a great week. The beach was easily accessible and the pool was very relaxing. Condo supplied board games, beach toys as well as bicycles all enhancing our time together as a family. Very relaxing and enjoyable week! We would definitely come back again!

Great vacation in a beautiful condo.

The condo was beautifully decorated and spotless. The ocean view from the balcony was great and the golfers on the hole below provided lots of entertainment. The unit was stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal, spend the the day at the beach, or explore the area by bike. Information about the condo and the St Augustine area was clearly spelled out in the Welcome Notebook. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly responsive and very accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful condo that had everything we needed and more! Buildings, grounds and pools are well maintained and the location was perfect! The owner provided lots of good information prior to our arrival and made the entire “transaction” seamless. We will definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our stay at Margo’s beautifully decorated and clean condo. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean. The heated outdoor pool and walks along the beach were very nice. The gated security and well landscaped property were lovely.
