Needs updating

We stayed in this condo for a week when we weren’t able to get into our regular condo due to delays from Hurricane Ian rebuild. Both bathrooms have been slightly updated but overall this condo is very dated. Also, it smells like a smoker lived there for a long time and no amount of cleaning can get that smell out. However, the patio furniture was very comfortable and we spent most of our time out there.

Nice condo. Beautiful vacation.

A very nice condo. The kitchen is a little small if you like to cook vs. eating out. The pool is nice size and clean. It is a little musty when the air kicks on. The bed is soft for those who like a firm mattress. Nice close access to the beach. The unit was well stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas. A nice quiet complex even with ongoing construction. We would stay here again.

Too many restrictions. lanai door from master bedroom was taped shut had to have it opened. no smart tvs had to get fire stick. the bedding was cheesy. fan and light in bathroom were on a single with which was most annoying. couch had to be moved in order to see tv. really nice lanai was really nice and the carpet but overall decor was distasteful and outdated

In need of updating

Overall impression was the condo itself needs serious updating. The slot machine displayed in photos doesn’t work. The sliding glass door to the master was broke with duck tape that said do not open. The decor is from the 80’s, still has flower couches. They have vhs tapes throughout the condo as opposed to dvds. Otherwise the property itself is very nicely landscaped and very close the beach.
