Our gorgeous first floor apartment is situated in the prestigious Grade II listed mansion block of Brunswick Place. It’s in a perfect location opposite Hove Lawns and just a stone’s throw from the beach! The eclectic shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets on Church Road and Western Road are just 5 minutes walk away!
The accommodation comprises of large lounge with kitchen and a dining area and a separate second bedroom with a real Queen size bed (the large period wooden doors close up to separate this room entirely from the lounge area to ensure privacy). Master bedroom with King size bed and upstairs bathroom through a spiral staircase.

The front door opens onto the lounge/dining room which has a beautiful set of large, floor to ceiling sash windows, original cornicing, an original fireplace and plentiful lighting. The lounge includes a large leather sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview channels. There is a dining area with a large table and chairs. Wireless broadband and landline telephone is available. Off the dining room there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed that sleeps 2 people. Solid oak chest of drawers and an extra sofa bed are also in this room.
The lounge then leads onto the hallway and into the master bedroom with upstairs bathroom.
There is also a smaller bathroom downstairs (just toilet and wash basin).
As from May 2013, NON-RESIDENT parking vouchers are now available to guests travelling by car and needing to park near the flat. This means you can park anywhere near the flat for unlimited hours and avoid fines and having to move the car every four hours during the day.
Please contact me to enquire about costs and availability in since only a limited number of these are issued by the local Council. A maximum of 3-4 parking vouchers can be provided per guest subject to availability.

I loved everything about Federica's place! It's clean, spacious and extraordinarily bright, the beds are really comfortable and the location is PERFECT - the seafront is right on your doorstep and Brighton city centre is just a short walk away. I had an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend this gorgeous apartment.
Beautiful and spacious flat a couple of minutes' away from the sea and Brighton's main attractions. The meet&greet service was quick and efficient, the flat perfectly clean and equipped with all comforts including free Wifi. We couldn't have asked for more and would be happy to return
Great location, ok size for family of 5, old smelly carpet in the entrance, scaffolding in front of the living room windows. Noisy water pump in the upper bathroom. (If one are sleeping in the master bedroom it can be irritating) It also seems to be an water damage somewhere. (Smell)
This is a fabulous apartment. Spacious, clean, well-equipped and located close to all that Brighton and environs have to offer. Renny was great. He was there on time when we needed him and provided the (absolutely necessary) parking passes without any hassle. We arrived early and tired at the apartment after an 8 hour flight and 3 hours fighting traffic jams, but Renny was there waiting to show us around and get us established. I recommend Francesca's apartment with only the tiniest reservation (hence 4 stars), which is......
PLEASE do something about the entrance hall. First impressions count, and walking into what seems like a slum dwelling is really off-putting. A rag of carpet on the floor, flies buzzing, a pile of unclaimed mail, electrical socket hanging (with 240V behind it), an unpleasant smell and a street door with no interior handle..... I'm sure many prospective renters feel like walking out immediately without seeing what a wonderful apartment waits for them up the stairs. The difficulty of opening the closed street door inwards, without a handle, is a fire hazard that may contravene safety codes. It would take so little from the residents of the building to transform the entrance hall into a welcoming environment that reflects the excellent quality of the apartments within. It makes no sense NOT to do this.
Again, don't judge the book by its cover - you'll be missing out on wonderful accommodation if you do.

We had a fabulous time at this flat - it was clean and spacious and in an excellent location by the sea! Communication with the host was super fast and everything went smoothly from start to finish - will recommend and return!
We stayed at this flat for a week and loved every minute of it. It is very clean and equipped with all comforts - free wifi included and overall the price is really fair considering the location and the large size. The sea is only a couple of minutes away as are all the main highlights of Brighton - highly recommended! Communication with the host was quick and easy. We will definitely stay again!

An upfront deposit of £150 is required to secure any booking and cover for any damage or missing items. This will be returned at check-out.
Each additional guest after two carries an extra charge of £25 per head.
A £50 cleaning and linen fee is applicable to all bookings. STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY. No refunds will be issued upon acceptance of a booking.
Check-in is usually between 3 and 6 PM. Please be advised that late check-ins will be subject to a late check-in fee of £40.
