This elderly but beautiful property has it all: character, a great pool and patio overlooking vineyards. Very quiet, well equipped (could use some lights over the patio at night), and charming. Would highly recommend it if you're golfing, wine touring or simply soaking up the sun in this wonderful part of B.C.
Lots of space for our party of 6 to spread out. We especially enjoyed the patio. In the absence of a laundry it would have been nice to have a clothesline to dry our towels. Other than that it was excellent.
Beautiful Home , great location
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in sunny Oliver. The pool was great and we enjoyed the chairs and umbrella that were conveniently located right at the deck. There was a patio with more than enough seating which provided great opportunities for outside meals and companionship. The house itself is unique and was a great landmark to find our way home from our travels. It was well equipped, very clean and comfy for our group. We were close to the town with all the amenities you might need. We enjoyed visiting the local wineries and ate from many of the local fruit stands. There were many cute quails to watch, and the birds of prey kept us spellbound. We all wanted to spend more time there! Our party consisted of adults and teenagers and the house was perfect for everyone. Thanks for a memorable trip at your lovely home.
golf get away
This place is at the top of the Osoyoos wine tour and situated perfectly to play golf with two courses just 10 mins away. With such short commutes to golf it gave us plenty of time to wine taste as well. The place was surprisingly spacious however would not put mote than 4-6 guys in there with only one shower.
Gorgeous, spacious heritage home nestled in a vineyard
The layout is perfect for large groups, with four large comfortable bedrooms (and a sunroom with a single bed). Kitchen is large and open and great for entertaining. The linens are nice and soft, beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our time!
(BTW Britney is very responsive and easy to deal with as well.)
Very private setting
We had a great time at the private home with absolutely no interruptions by any one. A couple of small hick ups but that is always expected but it did not impact our visit.
It was a small drive to Oliver and the golfing was great. The fires did create smoke around our area but it did not impact us from having a great vacation.
Thanks to Jessie and Taylor.
The private heritage home is a beautifully built 1930’s home on 3.5 acres of land. There is a pool for your enjoyment and a small working vineyard; you are welcome to the orchard fruit and vegetable garden when in season. The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 & ½ bathrooms. You could comfortably sleep 4 couples or 2 small families in the space. It has an extremely large kitchen that spans out to the outdoor patios. Amazing views of the valley from this property as well.
This beautiful property is perfectly situated amongst the best wineries Canada has to offer. Oliver’s Highway 97 and Black Sage Road are host to many award-winning wines.
