The orchard and beautiful villa create a relaxing ambience for those who come.

The private heritage home is a beautifully built and restored 1930’s home on 3.5 acres of land. There is a pool for your enjoyment and a small working vineyard; you are welcome to the orchard fruit and vegetable garden when in season. The house has 4 bedrooms and 1 & ½ bathrooms. With patio areas for you enjoyment. You could comfortably sleep 4 couples or 2 small families in the space. It has an extremely large kitchen that spans out to the outdoor patios. Amazing views of the valley from this property as well.

This ideal vacation property is perfectly situated amongst the best wineries Canada has to offer. Oliver’s Highway 97 and Black Sage Road are host to many award-winning wines. From large vineyards to small cottage wineries, there’s plenty to sample in the Wine Capital of Canada! There are at least 20 wineries close by including: Tinhorn Creek, Fairview Cellars, Quinta Ferreira, Hester Creek, Gehringer Brothers, Inniskillin, Road 13, Antelope Ridge, Cassini Cellars, Maverick, Silver Sage and Stoneboat are all easily a 5 minute drive! The rest, including Burrowing Owl, Desert Hills, Black Hills, Nk'Mip, Church & State, See Ya Later Ranch, Noble Ridge, Blue Mountain, Wild Goose, Stag's Hollow, Tangled Vines, Blasted Church and Oliver Twist (there's still more!) are within 10-20 minutes.

Beautiful home with character

Four large airy bedrooms and a 5th "bonus" area for a double mattress in the sun room off of one of the rooms. The home is very beautifully and comfortably appointed and features lots of the owner's art (very talented). The outside patio was lovely as well. We didn't swim as it was a bit cool that weekend but it was really nice by the pool. Kitchen is great to cook in.

For us a big detractor was the house flies ... but being on a farm, and in the Okanagan that can be expected... fly swatter or spray or bug zapper would have been nice to have.

Overall, though, a lovely lovely place to stay, the owner was very agreeable and responsive which was also nice.

Amazing!

We loved the place, grounds, owner, pool, view...just every thing about it. Shows just as the pictures portray it. Nice and clean, spacious, fully set up kitchen with everything you need, coffee, toilet paper, soaps provided. Just need clothes and ready for this wonderful, warm space.

We totally recommend it.

Everything we hoped for and more!!

We (2 related families) stayed at Nettle Farms from Aug 16-23, 2017. There was lots of space (4 bedrooms) for our group of 4 adults and 3 teenagers so no one felt crowded. The private pool was a hit everyday as the temperatures were in the high 20's/ low 30's for the week and is big enough for the whole group to enjoy at the same time! The property is right in the midst of the Golden Mile (lots of wineries) and a short drive to Oliver (less than 5 minutes) and Osooyoos (approx 20 minutes). There are several great golf courses close by and lots of fruit stands with delicious fresh produce. Brittany and Jesse are great hosts and always willing to answer questions, suggest things to do and share the garden-fresh veggies they grow right on the property. :-) My niece enjoyed her one-on-one art lesson with Brittany and was so excited to bring her picture home as a memory of our fun-filled week. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare delicious meals (loved the triple sink) and the bbq grill was put to good use every evening. Not that we needed it, but the television was enjoyed by the kids - only suggestion would be to add a dvd/ blueray player however there were +++ channels on TV so there was always something to watch. We will definitely plan a return trip to Nettle Farms!!

Very clean and tidy.

Stayed here for 5 days in July with a small group of friends. Place was spacious and clean. Yard is kept in good shape, pool was a huge hit, close to Oliver. Definitely would go back
