Sunrise Apartment PZ Fantastic Sea and Harbour Views Luxury Apartment

Located in the vibrant town of Penzance, Sunrise Apartment's excellent seafront location boasts fantastic sea views across to the harbour, Mounts bay and the magical St Michaels Mount. The home is a short stroll to the harbour and excellent travel links of this lively and interesting coastal resort. Many shops, galleries, parks, restaurants and pubs are within a short distance of the property. The apartment was newly refurbished for 2018 to a high Luxury standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home!
Over three floors this apartment is spacious and therefore perfect to accommodate 6 adults or a medium to large family in comfort. Three bedrooms: 1 x second floor Master with a fantastic cabrio balcony and en-suite shower room, 1 x first floor Luxury double, 1 x first floor twin. Bathroom with whirlpool spa bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer-dryer, roof terrace with unhindered sea views, open plan living room with dining table in the bay.

The apartment has stairs and access to it is by an outside access path which also has steps so please be aware prams would need lifting up a flight of steps and wheelchair access would be problematic although you can approach from the rear thus avoiding the larger flight of steps.
mainly bookings are being taken Sunday to Sunday so ideal to miss the traffic! minimum 3 night stays also a possibility so please ask if you require that. Please contact me to enquire for any other length of stay or changeover day as variation can be arranged.

Please don't wear outside shoes in the apartment.

No parking on the property - There is on street parking which is sometimes hard to find but normally there will be a space somewhere nearby.
Must climb stairs - You could stay on the level you enter the building but steps are required to enter(less if you use the rear lane from Coastguards Crescent).

Perfect base for exploring Penzance and surrounding area, particularly if not driving.
Perfectly located for arriving by train in to Penzance. We took buses all around the coastline and it was a great base for us to explore the area. Super clean and comfortable and we would recommend.

Lack of finesse
The property was clean and tidy had all the facilities but was lacking in the following areas- The road traffic was extremely noisy and constant.... prevented us from wanting to sit out on the balcony even in beautiful weather. There was no blind in the top bedroom window. Neither was there a blind in the bathroom. Tiny kitchen and needed to use a step to get to the freezer. The cutlery was like picnic cutlery really cheap and only 2 teaspoons! The freezer needed defrosting. Towel rails didn’t work. When we had the bedroom window open in the room overlooking the courtyard the smoke came up from the people smoking in the flat below.

Family Staycation
We had a lovely time in Cornwall it was our first time going. We managed to get to a few beaches so was a perfect location to get about. The place was lovely and spacious for us. We got parked in the next road along so didnt have to pay for parking which is always a bonus. Thank you again. We loved every minute.

A wonderful staycation in Cornwall
My family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. The beautiful view of St Michaels Mount greets us every morning. The apartment is fully equipped with modern amenities . There were a few hiccups on the first 2 days but owner resolved the problems promptly. Communication with owner was excellent. We hope to visit again!

We bought the property for a family get away. Ideal to hop on the train and get away to this lovely little town.

Why they chose this property

The Apartment is perfectly located on the Sea front a very short walk from the harbour, train and bus stations, Ferry port and town - with all its vibrant shops, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs. Forget the car, why not leave it behind and take the train? If you do come by car, there are free spaces close by but can sometimes be hard to find. I recommend the lane behind the property. There is normally a space to be found on Coastguard Crescent!

What makes this property unique

The spectacular views from the Terrace and front aspect and Ideal location close to the Southwest Coast path are an Ideal base to explore the area. within easy reach of St. Ives, Hayle, Sennen, Minack Theatre, Marazion, Newlin, Mousehole and the Lizard with all its coves and secluded beaches make Penzance an excellent base for your holiday.
