• This property is located on Spain’s Costa Blanca on the Orihuela Costa which is a 10 mile stretch of coastline from Torrevieja to Mil Palmeras.
• Orihuela Costa has more blue flag beaches than any other part of Spain, and the beaches of La Zenia are just a 2 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk. Cabo Roig is 15 minutes walk.
• The house is located in a lovely quiet side road in La Zenia. It is a clean 2-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, fully air-conditioned house, with parking on the street outside the property.
• 2 x child-friendly, fully gated communal pools with beautiful gardens are directly accessible from the gate on the back terrace. Suitable for families & couples alike.
• It is just a 3 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping centre which has over a 150 bars, restaurants and amenities. This includes a Bowling Alley which also has a bar, games arcade, Casino, Pool etc. There are free shows and activities in the square of La Zenia Boulevard every day in the summer months for children. Eg. Lion King, Grease, Face Painting etc. There are also free music concerts.
• Los Dolses Commercial Centre with Mercadona and Lidl Supermarkets are a few minutes walk away.
• Both La Zenia Roundabout and Via Park II Commercial Centre with their array of bars, restaurants and banks are a five-minute walk away. There is a Consum Supermarket here too. Playa Flamenca Saturday Street Market is a few minutes away.

From the moment we booked to the end of our holliday the hosts where there for anything we needed. It was like home feom home,Everything was on the doorstep, from pubs to shopping centre, to supermarket all in walking distance. Cant wait to book again x

The communication ahead of our arrival was excellent and the information manual was exceptional useful. We were met by the owner on arrival who showed us the house and the pool area. The property was excellent and had everything we needed. The pool area was very pleasant with the two pools. The proximity of the house to the local shops and shopping complex was perfect. We would certainly recommend staying here. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Läget på området får högsta betyg medans lägenheten tappar poäng utifrån små altaner/uteplatser i läge med morgonsol där dessa sedan skuggas pga läget under em/kväll. Huset väl anpassat för två personer. Förvaltning genom Linda som varit en klippa och snabbt agerar om det skulle vara något.

Nice appartmaent close to everything you need
We stayed here for 14 days in July 2019. The communication with the owner was great. He organized transport from and too the airport, and since we arrived late, he bought us what we needed for breakfast since we arrived on night to a Sunday. The flat was fine, with 2 bathrooms, one with a shower. The kitchen has everything you need. The only minus was that we had to walk out of the apartment and around the corner to get to the swimming pool. A bit of a hazzel when the kids need to go to the toilet. Otherwise, the location is great. 2-3 minutes walk to La Zenia boulevard, 1 minute to the nearest grocery store, and a good ten minutes to the beach. Al in al we loved our Holliday and recommend the apartment for other families.

Welcome to our beautiful Townhouse in La Zenia Alicante. After spending many fantastic years visiting Spain we decided to live mostly here and start up a Holiday Lettings Business on the Costa Blanca. We first came to Spain just after we got married in July of 1997, at which time we stayed in Mojacar in Almeria. We came back at least four times, but could never see ourselves living in this area.

Originally it was Alan’s Dad’s dream to move to Spain, but unfortunately he died in 1995 before he was able to do this. Friends of Alan’s Dad asked us to come and visit them and they introduced us to Quesada. The rest is history!. After living in London for all of our lives, we decided to buy our villa in Spain in 2010 located in Ciudad Quesada where we still live today.

I was previously an Investment Banker and my husband Alan was an Engineer. Alan was eventually made redundant and set up his own Entertainments Agency in the UK. We love the relaxed way of life, friendly people, beautiful beaches, countryside and great restaurants that Alicante has to offer.

There is so much to see and do on the Costa Blanca. You won’t be able to fit everything in that we have suggested below and may want to come back next year to see more. Alan and I are still finding new places to see and new things to do after 12 years!

It is a beautiful light and airy townhouse, very well decorated. My husband and I have recently completed a refurbishment of the home. This includes new furniture, new bedding, crockery, cutlery, lamps, new granite worktop in Kitchen, New Front Door, Gate directly to Pool from Back Terrace etc.
