Located in Kalkan's Kördere district, this luxurious villa has magnificent views and 2 bedrooms with 4 person capacity that can be increased to 5 guests with the use of a sofa bed in the living room. This villa is an ideal choice for those guests who are looking to 'get away from it all' in luxurious surroundings.

The villa, has been cleverly designed and built on the slopes of the Taurus Mountains in one of the most beautiful areas of Kalkan, located in a complex of 3 villas, none of which see each other. You will be able to savour your evening meals enjoying a magnificent sunset view, with wide open spaces, a pool and a pool terrace, all with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Mediterranean from every corner of the villa.
The entrance to our villa, number 3, is down quite a few steps so it is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.

The villa consists of a living room with an open plan kitchen, a laundry room, an indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with a bath.
The indoor pool is 4 m x 2.5 m, and 1.20 deep, and can be accessed from the master bedroom and the pool terrace as It is enclosed with folding glass, which can be open or closed according to guests requirements. This pool has a hydromassage feature and can also be heated to a maximum temperature of between 25-30 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature. Please note that it takes approximately 2 days for the maximum temperature to be reached, consequently guests requiring pool heating are advised to give us adequate notice of this in order that it is ready for their arrival. The charge for pool heating is payable in cash on arrival and is 4500 Turkish Lire per week.

We have parking, an alarm and camera system, wifi internet connection and satellite tv in our villas.

Our villa is approximately 4 km from the centre of Kalkan. (10-12 minutes by car) It is located on a hillside overlooking the most spectacular scenery and can be reached by a ramped concrete road . The use of a vehicle is absolutely necessary. The closest grocers shop where guests may purchase their daily essentials is approximately 1.5 - 2 km away
The villa and its pool terrace have been designed to provide maximum privacy, making it suitable for those guests requirıng a high degree for privacy , be it for religious or other reasons e.g. honeymoon couples . There are two other similar villas nearby, if larger groups wish to come.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
