This delightful, cosy little cottage is set in the woods, only 15 metres from lake Lursjön. The lovely garden has plenty of space for the children to play and there's a comfortable, covered terrace where you can relax in the shade. A little path leads you through the pretty beech woods to the lake and your private dock. Here you will find the rowing boat that is included in the rent. If you enjoy fishing, you can get a fishing license for 100 SEK/week. The cottage features an open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a pellet stove and an electric cooker. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa, and a wood burning stove. The spacious living room opens onto the comfortable roofed terrace with it's outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a WC, a washbasin, and a shower. Visit Hästveda which is nearby your holiday home. Why not go to the famous grocery store “Wahlqvist Specerier” and buy something new and unusual for dinner? They sell meat from wild boar, bear, crocodile, elk and deer. Please note: Household waste must be source separated for recycling. Welcome to a calm and peaceful environment, close to the lovely lake Lursjön!

Die Lage des Hauses entspricht den Gegebenheiten. / Das letzte Wegstück geht durch den Wald über eine ca. 3km Schotterpiste. Bei trockenem Wetter ergibt dies eine erhebliche Staubwolke und einen entsprechenden Belag auf dem Auto. Infolge des fehlenden "DanCenter" Schildes ist das Haus sehr schlecht zu finden. Günstig ist, die Geokoordinaten vorher ins Navi einzugeben. Die Koordinaten sollten in der Hausbeschreibung zu finden sein.

das Haus zu finden war sehr schwierig das Dan Center Schild eine miniaturausgabe an der wir 6 mal vorbeigefahren waren ohne das Schildchen wahrzunehmen. / Schade auch das mann die Betten nicht zusammenschieben kann so muß mann als Paar Kopf an Kopf oder Fuß an Fuß schlafen. / Die Schlüsselbox mit Code wie beschrieben ist auch nicht vorhanden,ansonsten war das Haus und die Einrichtung OK. / Der Weg zum See war etwas weit und der See lässt sich nicht vom Ufer aus beangeln da es sehr weit flach reingeht. / Die Vermieter sind nette Leute.
