Casa Geranio C is a modern and graceful apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps four people. From Casa Geranio C you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the hills. Casa Geranio C is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from the historical center of Spoleto, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the bus stop at 200 meters (660 feet).
Casa Geranio C is located on the middle floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps.
To stay at Casa Geranio C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the surrounding houses.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
