A Beautiful Apartment, Managed by Wonderful People

We were four adults traveling for the Cannes Film Festival and this apartment suited our needs perfectly. The apartment looks just like the photos, but is even better in person. Great layout, impeccably clean, spacious, well-maintained, tastefully furnished, and everything in great condition. We felt at home here instantly.

There are four balconies, spectacular views, the living area is cozy, and the kitchen is spotless and modern, stocked with a dishwasher and all the plates, cups and cookware one would ever need. The highlight for me was the Nespresso machine, which was a fabulous! There is even a washing machine in the kitchen and a rack for you to dry your clothes. This apartment exceeded our expectations and then some. Although there is only one main toilet, there are two additional bathrooms complete with showers. During our stay, we never felt deprived for bathroom time, which is great, considering we were two women in our travel group.

As for management, the apartment owner and manager are both a joy to do business with. Both women are professional, organized, efficient, and extremely helpful. These lovely ladies are on the ball and know what they're doing.

We needed something close to the Palais/La Croisette strip and this apartment is only a 12-minute walk away, which was perfect for us! We were close to all the screenings, shopping and restaurants, and there is even a park and a cute bakery just a short walk from the apartment. During one of our movie screenings in Cannes La Bocca, we even discovered that we could take the #2 bus home and it would drop us off just one stop away from our street. To quote one of my travel companions, “This place just gets better and better.”

I can't say enough about this gorgeous apartment. It is beautiful, safe, and conveniently located. I don't normally like to write reviews, but our stay here was so fantastic, I had to share.

Sometimes it's hard to decide on a location based on only a few brief descriptions and some photos, but I can say without reservation that this apartment is a gem and worth every penny.

Take my advice and rent this fabulous apartment. You will not be disappointed.

P.S.: The building number (#6) is not visible from the main street. On your first day, you will be met out front and shown the way in, but if you're taking a cab to the apartment, to avoid being lost, have them drop you off at building #4 which is clearly visible.

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit wunderbarer Sicht auf Cannes und Meer.

Die Anlage verfügt über einen hohen Sicherheitsstandard und ist gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, schön und praktisch eingerichtet, die Küche gut ausgestattet, alles sauber und gepflegt. 4 Terrassen gehören dazu, 1 Terrasse mit Esstisch, 1 Terrasse mit Liegestühlen. Die Anlage verfügt über einen grossen gepflegten Aussenpool mit Liegestühlen. Eine Garage mit Platz für 2 Fahrzeuge gehört zur Wohnung. Wir sind bereits das 2. Mal hier in den Ferien gewesen und jedesmal haben wir die unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Nähe des Strandes, die grosse Auswahl an Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und die vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten an der Küste sowie in den nahegelegenen Alpen machen die Ferien zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Très belle location

Appartement très fonctionnel et très bien agencé, très bien situé à 2 pas du centre ville avec une petite pente qui n'est pas trop difficile à appréhender

On retient particulièrement la superbe vue sur la baie , la piscine et ses équipements très accessibles même en plein été, un vrai garage avec des dimensions dignes de ce nom.

Sans oublier la gentillesse et l'écoute des propriétaires et de la personne chargée de l'accueil.

Het begint bij de eigenaar. Wij wilde eerder aankomen dan dat we erin mochten. Voor de eigenaar was mogelijk mits er niemand de week ervoor geboekt had. Later kregen we een mail dat het week ervoor geboekt was. De eigenaar, zijn vrouw en de gastvrouw zijn geweldige mensen, reageren meteen op alle vragen, zijn er problemen dan staan ze meteen klaar.

Wij kwamen aan bij het appartement en daar stond de gastvrouw al op ons te wachten. Zij was supervriendelijk! We kregen uitleg van de parkeergarage tot aan de restaurantjes in de buurt.

De foto's kloppen met de werkelijkheid. Vier prachtige balkons, gigantische keuken met alles erop en eraan, mooie woonkamer, slaapkamers waren perfect, twee badkamers waarvan 1 met een stortdouche, rustige buurt. Alles klopte en er was voldoende ruimte in de woning. De woning was schoon, fris en goed onderhouden.

Wij waren er ook tijdens een nationale feestdag in Frankrijk 14 juli (Quatorze julliet) en was er vuurwerk op het strand van Cannes. We hoefden de drukte niet in want vanaf onze balkon konden we het vuurwerkspektakel prachtig volgen. Hoe mooi is dat!!

De boulevard was op loopafstand max 15 min lopen, heerlijk. Je bent zo uit en thuis. Cannes en dit appartement zijn ZEER ZEKER de moeite waard! Evenals de andere steden rond de Cote d'azur.

Wij zijn er van 10-17 juli 2015 gebleven en vonden het veel te kort. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan vrienden en familie aan, want het was gewoon PERFECT.

Van de parkeergarage tot aan het gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Alle lof aan familie Aubert en Sandrine.
