away from the sweeping promenade of Swansea Bay with full sea views out
towards Mumbles and its lighthouse. Offering spacious accommodation,
set over 3 floors and with a private, enclosed rear garden. Cambrian
Cottage is an ideal property for friends and family to get together.
With Mumbles being just a short stroll along the promenade away,
visitors are truly spoilt for choice when it comes to which cafe, bar
or store to shop in. If you are looking for a walking holiday then the
coastal paths leading to Rotherslade Bay, Langland and Caswell Bay are
easily accessible, as are the golf courses of Langland and Clyne being
just a short drive away.
Lounge: One 4-seater sofa, one 3-seater sofa, footstool, side tables,
gas flame effect fire, flatscreen TV with DVD player and a large window
with views over Swansea Bay and Mumbles.
Dining Room: Dining table and chairs seating 8, when extended.
Sideboards and display cabinet and doors leading through to the
Kitchen: Kitchen comes equipped with electric oven, gas hob,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Doors lead
off into garden.
Cloakroom: WC with wash hand basin.
Bedroom 1: 2 x single beds with bedside furniture, drawers space and
Bedroom 2: King sized bed, dressing table, wardrobe and hanging space,
armchair and chaise longue. Sea views.
Family Bathroom: Bath, separate shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Bedroom 3: King sized bed, bedside furniture and 2-seater sofa.
Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds, chest of drawers and further storage space.
External: Spacious landscaped courtyard garden to the rear, laid to
patio with outside furniture.

**Please note** This cottage is located on Mumbles Road where the
volumes of traffic can vary.
**Please note** There are 2 parking spaces to the rear of the cottage
but the walled entrance to this area is very narrow (180cm) and only
suitable for very small cars.
On-road parking can be found along Norton Road, but this is not
allocated parking and is on a first come, first serve basis.
