About this property

This property is a 2 bedroom mid terrace house with one off street parking space.
As you enter the house there is a small porch with shelves for shoes and hooks for coats. This leads on to the lounge diner which has a 4 seater table and large corner sofa. The lounge also has a flat screen tv and surround sound stereo. On from the lounge is the fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, double oven and hob, sink, washing machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 high stools. The kitchen looks onto a small courtyard with a storage shed for wetsuits and bodyboards.

Upstairs in the property there are two bedrooms. Bedroom one to the front of the house has two single beds, chest of draws and large mirrored wardrobe. Bedroom two at the rear of the house has a standard size double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. Also on this floor is the family bathroom which is fitted with large corner shower cubicle, low level toilet and sink.

There are wood laminate or tiled floors throughout the property apart from the stairs. The property has double glazed upvc Windows and doors throughout.
