About the property

3BR 2BA sleeps 8 directly on beach

1300 sq. ft. lower unit in a quadruplex, private laundry, private lanai, covered porch, hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, tiled kitchen and bathrooms, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, corian countertops.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed and a full size futon, cable tv and ensuite bath. Second bedroom features two twin beds with cable tv and DVD. Third bedroom has a queen bed and cable and DVD. Across from these rooms is a bath with a tub/shower combination.

The living room has 2 leather sofas, one is a queen sleeper. Another full size futon is located near the dining area. The dining area features an antique art deco table that seats 8 with additional seating for 4 at the adjoining bar.

The laundry room has a full size new washer and dryer and is on the parking level along with a hot/cold shower. We have provided beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys for your enjoyment.

We also provide WIFI and free long distance so you can bring your laptop.

The sunsets are incomparable and the unit faces west to show them to their best advantage. With 4 bar height adirondack chairs to pull up to the deck bar and a picnic table, there is ample opportunity to appreciate the incredible views while enjoying a meal or cocktail. There are also two traditional adirondack chairs and two stools at the front entrance for those days when you want to watch the sun rise over the bay.

Dogs are welcome only during non-high season. Please inquire as to weight limits and specific breeds. There is an additional $150 pet fee for each dog per reservation. Please keep dogs off of the bed linens.

About Allison Jiles

We are the Jiles Family. We live in Villa Rica, GA near the University of West Georgia. We are all alumnus of Carrollton High School and have either acquired degrees from the University or are in the process of finishing these degrees. We have a daughter who is an RN and a son pursuing computer engineering. Both my husband and I are retired from GA Power generating company. This is a new adventure for us in the hosting business!

In May of 2016 we purchased this condominium from the Schlandt family. They had poured their hearts and efforts into this lovely beach getaway. We felt it was our privilege to continue caring for this special beach home and share our experience with others. This is our favorite location on the Gulf of Mexico, prized for its seclusion and unspoiled beauty.

What makes this condo unique

Within walking distance of The Trading Post, fresh donuts, ice cream and coffee bars are available along with bait for fishing and sundry groceries for anything you may have forgotten. The covered porch with private lanai is a unique feature to allow enjoyment of the porch even in inclement weather. Mere steps from the beach, you are THERE within seconds of walking down the stairs.

Perfect family getaway!

We are so grateful that we discovered Cape San Blas and this beautiful beachside property. Beautiful white sand beaches were just steps away from our front door, and our kids (9, 7, and 4) spent hours digging in the sand, flying kites and playing in the water. Allison provided everything we needed and made it so easy. We will definitely be back!

Loved being right on the beach and what a beautiful view! Owner was very helpful and friendly. Everything was so nice and it was great having chairs, a tent and toys already there to take to the beach! Everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend!

Perfect house and location!

This beach house far exceeded our expectations. It has the most perfect view of the ocean with an enclosed porch that helps to ensure our kids safety. We sat out in the chairs often to watch the sunset, people on the beach, read a book and take in the ocean breeze. There was plenty of room inside for everyone to have their own space and the kitchen is well appointed. The local trading post and coffee/ice cream shop are within a block. We took our golf cart and rode it everywhere. The owner is very attentive and checked on us via email regularly. I really can't think of anything negative about this place. We will be back!!

Relaxing Week at the Beach!

This is our second time staying in this building and this unit is one of the best! The owner communicated with us all week and was very helpful! I love this building because of the location to the beach. We loved having the covered porch. (No sand or rain on our heads while hanging outside.) The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of six! The kitchen and house was very well stocked. We have been vacationing at the Cape for many many years so we have our own beach equipment, but the house was very well stocked that you could just bring your sunscreen and towel and be beach ready. I plan to book this unit again next year. Thank you for a relaxing week at the beach!
