About the property

Situated mid-way between glamorous Cannes and the charming seaside town of Mandelieu La Napoule, this apartment is seconds from 3 pools and just across the road from a lovely sandy beach.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom, sliding doors lead to the private outdoor terrace.

The second bedroom has two single beds, ample cupboards and an en-suite shower room.

Linen and towels are all included.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features a washing machine/dryer, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, oven, hob,

and dishwasher.

Lounge / dining: The spacious lounge/dining area has two large sofa's and a table for 4. The room opens onto the terrace, which is furnished to accommodate six people in comfort. The terrace is secure for young children and is a tranquil place to read a book or doze on a sunny afternoon.

We have a TV with a great selection of DVD's, a music centre with CD's plus wi-fi.

There is also secure parking with residents bays.

We also like to be flexible as life doesn't always follow a pattern. We don't insist on specific changeover days and neither are you restricted to 7 nights (except for July and August), we are happy to quote for short stays and for just two people.

We love our home from home in this beautiful part of Southern France and want you to enjoy it too.

This exclusive ground floor apartment is the perfect base to unwind and relax. If you have children the private terrace will put your mind at ease as it's totally secure. A few steps outside the apartment and you're in the private adult and children's pool area with its own WC facilities. All around are beautiful landscaped gardens which are illuminated at night. Cross the road by way of the gated entrance and you're dipping you toe in the calm waters of the mediterranean. Royal Palm is perfectly situated to explore the best the Cote D'Azur has to offer or its a perfect place to relax and enjoy a French seaside holiday. A car is recommended.

Westcliff on Sea

Wonderful Apartment, Fabulous Location!

Had a really fabulous holiday and the apartment was like home from home for us. We have two children, one in a wheelchair and we found the apartment spacious and with all the amenities that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The pool was just outside our front door and the gorgeous beach just outside our gated complex. what more could we ask for? we had driven down and we had our own parking space and it is advisable to have a car as some really lovely places to visit. Cannes is literally a 5 min drive away but too far really to walk too. All in all a great holiday destination and both Sheila and Silvia were a dream to work with in regards to booking and during our stay. Big thanks to them both for making it a perfect family holiday for us. See you again soon!

Brilliant location, Great apartment in Cannes

This is a brilliant apartment and holiday experience. Firstly, everything was exactly as described in the listing description, but better. I do not think there is a better location for a Cannes holiday than this apartment. There are three pools, two for adults and one for small children. The entire Royal Palm block is really safe and spotlessly clean and maintained every day by cleaners. I was greeted by the property manager who was really helpful and professional. There are many great restaurants nearby and just over the road (we would walk over in our swimsuits) there is the beach which is also clean, well serviced and not too crowded, even in August. From the apartment we went to places like Biot, Antibes, St Tropez and Monaco. It was easy to find from the airport and honestly I cant find anything negative to say. I would definitly recommend this place to anyone who wants a great holiday in Cannes, and it is perfectly situated to get into the centre ( 10 mins) or out on the motorway to visit other towns and gorgeous villages. The Cote d' Azur has incredible weather and we really did love it. I went with my husband and two older children aged 11 and 14. We all loved it!

Cannes Rental

We have stayed in the Royal Palm block before as it is close to a lovely sandy beach and Cannes. The apartment is clean with an excellent terrace and well stocked with great amenities.

Sheila was great to deal with an very flexible when we wanted to book an additional nights accommodation.

Great newer apartment near Cannes

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Palm. The apartment was very much like the pictures, and we found that it was well organized with kitchen tools etc. The building was also nice and clean and we all enjoyed the 3 pools and also the close distance to the beach. The nearby area was also nice with activities for the kids, close distance to supermarket and the short driving distance to Cannes center with all the activities to do there. The only thing we would like to comment and the only reason why we did not rate our stay as 5 stars, is the noise from helicopters passing the property during the afternoon/evening with sometimes 5 minutes in between. Overall a very nice vacation, we would lilke to come back sometime.

You will love the spectacular 'Royal Palm' A recently built 5* gated complex overlooking the stunning Bay of Cannes. On your doorstep beautiful beaches, breathtaking scenery, great restaurants, historic towns and whole lot more for you to discover or simply stay put. This really is a very special part of the world.

The world famous Croisette, with it's Palais de Festival, home to the Cannes Film Festival, it's elegant shops and exclusive hotels, is less than 10 minutes away by car or walk along the seafront where all kinds of water sports are available.

An award winning golf course is down the road in Mandelieu, a charming French seaside town. In summer you can avoid the traffic and take a ferry to St Tropez from there. Carry on around the headland to enchanting Theoule a wonderful place for a lazy day on the beach, make sure and enjoy lunch there too, spaghetti vongole washed down with rose is my favourite!

Nice, with it's elegant 'Promenade des Anglais' and colourful old town can be reached by car or train in less than 40 mins. Visit the nearby ancient hilltop villages including beautiful Mougins. There is also Grasse where you can mix your own perfume.

Further afield the pretty Ski resort of Valberg is only an hours drive away.

Closer to home, the delightful town of Antibes has so much to offer. Museums, super yachts, cobbled streets full of shops and restaurants, on the way you can delight the children with a stop at Marineland, On another day have lunch in the harbour of Villefranche and spend a magical evening in Monte Carlo.

There is so much to see and do on the French Riviera or you can simply soak up the atmosphere and do very little. Bon Vacance!

Your rental includes all taxes and a final cleaning charge as well as all linen and fresh towels.
Parking is in a reserved bay to the rear of the property.
Check in is 4pm and check out 10am. Security deposit of 400 Euros to be paid upon arrival.
