The house is located inside the S'abba and Sa Pedra residential complex, in Baia Caddinas, 1.5 km from the center of Golfo Aranci, in the province of Olbia, in Northeast Sardinia. The place is enchanting, surrounded by greenery and a short distance from the sea. The house is located in a quiet complex, 200 meters walk has two small private beaches free for residents and at the same distance has the communal pool, with deckchairs and umbrellas and with a view of the crystal clear sea of Golfo Aranci.
The house has a terrace furnished with garden furniture from which there is access to the living room with kitchenette, the living room is air conditioned, has a satellite TV, furniture and a double sofa bed, from here you access the kitchenette with hob, oven, washing machine, dishes and microwave. The living room leads to the first bathroom of the house with toilet, bidet, large shower and sink. The exterior of the house is surrounded by well-kept greenery, and each apartment, even if it is bordered by others, is built in such a way as to have a lot of privacy. We are in a residential complex at the gates of the country, reserved for residents, with a single entrance gate just for them and the quiet is one of the main features. The car parks are outside the residential complex, reserved for condominiums. The communal pool overlooks the sea giving the feeling that it is a unique thing. It enjoys a lot of privacy and is also reserved for residents of the housing complex.
The particularity of this area is given by the beauty of the location of the residence, which is especially appreciated by the pool but also partly by the glimpse of the sea seen from the veranda of the house, the small private beaches reserved for guests are another particularity. however, just a few minutes drive from the town center with all the main services accessible in a short time.
Over twenty beaches, some wild, others comfortable and equipped, like the Five Beaches, small havens of white and thin sand overlooking the village, one after the other. Towards Olbia you will find the white beach, thin sand alternating with rocks, the beautiful Cala Sassari, the enchanting expanse of Nodu Pianu, separated by a small path with the wild beauty of Cala Banana, the corner of paradise of Baia Caddinas, the coves of fine sand of Terrata, the beaches of Baia de Bahas, small sheltered pools, and the beach of the Baracconi (huts of shepherds and fishermen). Towards Porto Rotondo there is the beach of Marinella, a kilometer of gentle slopes of soft sand, smooth rocks and emerald sea. Around Capo Figari, here are the beaches of fine, golden sands of Cala Moresca, the protected reserve of Cala Greca, a pink pebble beach hidden by cliffs, the delightful Cala del Sonno, where fishermen took refuge, and Cala Sabina, a beach with Caribbean appearance, reachable by the railway that runs along the promontory. Set in the seabed off the third beach, there is the MuMart, submerged contemporary art museum, which can also be visited by snorkelling. Complete the show the submarine Mizar, from which you will admire an 'open sea' aquarium. Golfo Aranci hosts the International Dolphin Research Center, which will delight you with acrobatics.
