Pen-Y-Bryn is the top part of a converted family home recently updated for holiday use, with easy access by road, 2 parking spaces, with stunning views of the town itself, Looe River and Looe Island.

It has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/Diner and a lounge, both with views out to sea and the town. Modern quality furniture and soft furnishings within comfortable surroundings.

There is also a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Cornish Countryside, sea, river and watch the fantastic sunset.

The self-contained apartment is set in the heart of East Looe - ideally situated overlooking both the English Channel with the famous Looe Island in full view, and Looe River. The property is a short, 10-minute walk, from the sandy beach, historic harbour, cafes and restaurants.

This coastal location in South-East Cornwall is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape from everyday working life.

The property sleeps up to 4 adults, a cot is also available for young children, and is ideal for family holidays, couples and small groups.

A short distance from superb local attractions such as Eden Project, all of Cornwall's famous Gardens, such as Lost Garden of Heligan, and beautiful stately homes.

Looe Golf club, country/coastal walks along with various smaller beaches are all within a short distance.

Simply superb

Brian and Pat are fantastic hosts and the property was excellent. Exactly as described and very well appointed, with views that are gorgeous. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Looe, close enough to the town centre you can walk it in 5 minutes (coming back up the hill will take a bit longer, or do like we did and pay for a cab for about £4!).

Perfect place!

We're not quite sure how to put this in words, but Brian and Pat's place in Looe is absolutely awesome! The photos in advance looked lovely, but honestly they do not do it justice. Brian and Pat are perfect hosts - always there if you need them but other than that they are quite happy to let you make the most of their beautiful home. The house is ideally situated - a short walk into town (albeit rather steep coming back up!) but a taxi cost us £3 when we treated ourselves so that really isn't an issue. You are spoilt for choice for cafés, restaurants and pubs and there are numerous places within a short drive to visit. If you are looking to have a holiday in Cornwall, go here - you will not be disappointed. Pen-y-bryn is gorgeous, and I know for a fact we will be back one day!

A fantastic apartment with stunning views

The apartment was all that we could have wished for, and more. It was clean, comfortable and had everything that you needed. The location was fantastic and the views of the river and sea from every window were stunning - the best from any holiday apartment we have ever visited.Looe town centre is a few hundred yards away. Yes, the return walk uphill was challenging but worth it for the views. Pat and Brian were super hosts and we are most grateful for the " loan" of their apartment, albeit for too short a period. We would definitely recommend the apartment with no reservations whatsoever.

wonderful flat and great place!

This property is great. We felt at home from the very first moment. The flat was clean and perfectly decorated with a wonderful view over the river, the little town of Looe and the sea. Pat and Brian were very friendly and helpful - especially giving helpful hints for exploring the environment.

We would love to come back again!

Lovely home from home property and fantastic views

Would definitely recommend to family friends. The property was clean and well equipped. The owners were very helpful but not obtrusive. The views were fantastic, a different view from every window. An ideal spot for seeing Cornwall. Visitors must try the fish and chips, tasty and good value for money.

Pen Y Bryn + Looe = a great holiday

Just as advertised the property is clean, comfortable, everything you need is provided and the views buy day and night are fantastic. Pat and Brian are there to welcome you at the start your holiday, are on hand if you need anything, nothing is too much trouble but at the same time they are never intrusive. Looe beach is a lovely safe clean beach which is easily accessible. Looe harbour is a must for crab fishing, boat or fishing trips or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The town has a lovely verity of individual shops, pubs and places to eat. This was our third year staying at this property and we have already booked for 2016.
