Pen-Y-Bryn is the top part of a converted family home recently updated for holiday use, with easy access by road, 2 parking spaces, with stunning views of the town itself, Looe River and Looe Island.

It has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen/Diner and a lounge, both with views out to sea and the town. Modern quality furniture and soft furnishings within comfortable surroundings.

There is also a balcony where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the Cornish Countryside, sea, river and watch the fantastic sunset.

The self-contained apartment is set in the heart of East Looe - ideally situated overlooking both the English Channel with the famous Looe Island in full view, and Looe River. The property is a short, 10-minute walk, from the sandy beach, historic harbour, cafes and restaurants.

This coastal location in South-East Cornwall is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to escape from everyday working life.

The property sleeps up to 4 adults, a cot is also available for young children, and is ideal for family holidays, couples and small groups.

A short distance from superb local attractions such as Eden Project, all of Cornwall's famous Gardens, such as Lost Garden of Heligan, and beautiful stately homes.

Looe Golf club, country/coastal walks along with various smaller beaches are all within a short distance.

Lovely property in an ideal location.

Loved our stay here. Great apartment with everything you need, friendly owners. Amazing views from the balcony overlooking the harbour. Steep hill down to the beach and town but only takes just under 10 minutes to walk. Lots of restaurants and little shops in Looe. Off road parking a bonus!

Had a great stay here for a week in June 2018

Fantastic place to stay, both Pat & Brian we're very friendly and welcoming and the view over Looe is great. There is off road parking and it is close to many of Cornwalls tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend and would happily return.

Home from home, spotlessly clean and comfortable with amazing views

We absolutely loved our stay at Pen Y Bryn and Brian & Pat were so welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay, our only regret was that we didn't stay longer! The apartment itself was a real home from home with everything you need. Bright and airy, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and the views are absolutely stunning. Close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach, yes it's a steep walk back up but really well worth it, our 7 year old managed it without too much complaining! We used Looe Cabs whilst there and they were really good. Looe itself is beautiful, we will definitely be coming back to Looe and back to Pen Y Bryn. Thank you Pat and Brian, we loved your apartment!

Great panoramic views

Great views from kitchen, bedroom and lounge. Very comfortable accommodation, spotlessly clean and friendly owners.

We managed without a car. Several walking routes down the hill to town, steep and steps involved, but worth being up the hill for the views! We always got the bus back up-no 72 comes round to the top of the hill, the bus stop is near the spar shop, so you can get your provisions and papers and walk 5 minutes down to Pen Y Bryn.

Buses to Liskeard and Polperro, although we also enjoyed walking the coastal path from Looe to Polperro and walking in the woods visible from the bedroom window.
