This comfortable farmhouse is located on the seafront in the popular hamlet of Dinas Dinlle. It has a spacious open plan design allowing plenty of room to relax around the fire, admire the mountain views in the new sun lounge or dine around the large beech wood dining table. Visitors can enjoy preparing meals in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dual fuel cooking range (gas and electric).

The master bedroom benefits from a king size sleigh bed and large en suite bathroom. There is also a double room with a traditional four poster bed. Both allow visitors to wake up with views across the spectacular Caernarfon Bay, Anglesey and the Lleyn peninsular.

Outside, the garden has dining furniture and lovely open views - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm evenings!

Located on the outskirts of Caernarfon, our farmhouse offers the perfect setting for exploring the Llyn Pensinsula, Angleysey and Snowdonia National Park. The cottage itself is on the seafront at Dinas Dinlle, making it a perfect setting for outdoor activities including windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, birdwatching and fishing. The towns of Caernarfon, Abersoch, Betwsy Coed and Porthmadog are within easy reach and are great for shopping and sightseeing.

Fantastic location ,super views and very close to the beach.

The Beach House is a beautiful relaxing place to stay just a few meters from the beach. The property has a well equipped kitchen and all the facilities needed for a confortable stay. The bedrooms were spacious and airy with plenty of storage. The sun room situated on the side of the property was a lovely warm room to relax ,read ,watch TV or admire the views. The property is well situated with so many activities just a short ride away.We also enjoyed watching the helicopters and small aircraft taking off from Caernarfon airport nearby,we also took a short helicopter ride over the nearby castles and Menai Straight. We enjoyed our holiday very much and would love to return in the near future.

Ideal house to explore North Wales

  • 5 of 5

This was an ideal house for our family of five to stay in for a few day whilst visiting the area. The house was warm, plenty of hot water and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. We loved the views from the sun lounge.

Julie was helpful and prompt in replying to all our queries.

Couldn't have wished for more

  • 5 of 5

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Arranged well in advance. Julie was very responsive with our questions and worked hard to accommodate our requirements. The cottage was roomy and comfortable - home from home. Spent a most of our evenings in the sun lounge. Beach only a stones throw away. Low tide exposed the wide sandy flats. Amazing restaurants in nearby Caernarfon. Location was a fantastic base to visit the surrounding area. So many lovely memories. Until next time..........

The Beach House is a fabulous place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Can't speak highly enough of this wonderful property. It is ideally located, just off the beach south of Caernarfon and provides a terrific launching pad for any tour of north Wales. It is warm, modern and very family friendly. The only small problem is the rather narrow, heavily hedged road into Dina's Dinlle. You really need to be careful of on-coming traffic.

Beautiful house just off the beach

  • 5 of 5

We spent a lovely week in this beautiful property. couldn't fault the house, plenty of room and very nicely furnished. As the house is only just off the beach we were on it every day (even when the weather wasn't so good) and on lot of occasions had it all to ourselves. Would definitely return.

Set in 30 Acres of farmland and beautifully situated 150 meters from the award winning Blue Flag beach at Dinas Dinlle, this spacious property with stunning sea and mountain views is ideally placed to explore Angelsey, Snowdonia National Park and the Lleyn Peninsular.

Situated in a rural, seaside location with views towards Snowdonia to the East, Y Eifl Mountain Range to the West with distant sea views of Angelsey and Southstack to the North.

To the west of the property is the seemingly endless pebble and sand Blue Flag beach which is popular with water sports enthusiasts and holidaymakers alike. Swimming, wind-surfing, body-boarding, kayaking and sailing can all be practised here in seas of high water quality.

Sea anglers can also try their luck on what is commonly thought of as the best bass surf beach in Wales. Low water allows fishermen to dig lug worms in the sand opposite the village or rummage for peeler crabs in the estuary close to the Menai Straits and only a short car journey away.

The nearby estuarine nature reserve at Y Foryd is a birdwatchers paradise and makes this stretch of coastline particularly attractive. Visitors can either walk to bird hides where they can spot protected species such as Little Egrets, Greenshanks, Lapwings and Golden Plovers or travel the short car journey along the estuary to Caernarfon Castle itself.

You can enjoy a walk through a site of Special Scientific Interest down the coast boasting fantastic sand dunes, flora and wildlife. This will take you to Historic Fort Belan.

Take a walk a mile in the other direction towards Dinas Dinlle where you will find the Iron Age Fort which is now owned and maintained by the National Trust.

In less than a 15 minute drive you will find yourself in the Snowdonia National Park at Nantelle which is approximately 7 miles away. Here you will find the famous Nantelle Ridge with spectacular walks and stunning views.
