Large Jasmine 2 apartment, a good choice to discover Palma de Mallorca as a city break or visit our beautiful island! Located near the Maritime promenade, that can be reached within just 5 minutes walk.
The apartment offers 2 nice terraces, one interior and another one exterior with a little garden. You can also find, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 3 single beds), 3 bathrooms (2 of them en suite), a fully equipped and basic kitchen and all the amenities you could need: TV, free wifi, washing machine, AC in living room, heating, etc… There is optional garaje space for a car, ask for the supplement.
Standard occupancy is for 7, an additional guest can be accepted at an extra fee, sleeping on a folding bed.
There is a bus stop to the center of Palma at only 2 minutes walking distance. The Porto Pi mall center with its famous casino can be reached within 5 minutes walk, as well as the Paseo Maritimo (Maritime Promenade). And the Bellver Castle is located at only 10 minutes by car.

*The keys have to be collected in our local partner FLYING FISH Welcome Office in Palma.*
*Check-in at the apartment is possible under request and has additional cost. Must be confirmed.*
*Check-in hours 16-21h. Arrivals after these hours must be coordinated with the FLYING FISH welcome office. Early arrivals depending on the availability*
*Guests must inform the host with the arrival time and flight number. If not, after 20h of the arrival date it will be considered a no show.*
*If guests finally arrive and host has not been informed, check-in should be done the next day from 09h.*
*Any delays on the informed arrival time must be advised to the host before departing from the country/city of origin.*
*Check out must be before 11h noon.*

*The person collecting the keys must be the same as the reservation/credit card holder. Otherwise an authorization document is needed.*
