Handspan Cottage is a cosy 300 year old fisherman's cottage, full of character, tucked away from passing traffic but within a minutes walk of the village, restaurants and pubs and just yards from the harbour. It has lovely harbour and sea views from all three floors, and unusually for a harbour cottage, a decked courtyard. The village is just a couple of miles from The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and a 15 minute drive from The eden Project.

On the top floor there is a light and airy sitting room with exposed rafters, with sofa, TV, DVD player, bluetooth wireless speaker and ipod dock, and great views over the harbour and sea. Handspan has a small decked courtyard to the rear with table and chairs.
