Situated along a quiet lane, just a few hundred yards off the main road through Lowick, Coombs Cottage offers good quality accommodation for up to 4 people at ground floor. (there is an additional facility upstairs for children/teenagers in a snug attic room at additional charge). The cottage is well furnished and equipped.
Enter through the very large front porch where there is ample room to kick off the shoes, hang outdoor gear and dry off the dog
The lounge is spacious and bright, with 2 comfy leather sofas, a large TV with DVD and Wi-fi, Log burning stove, bookcase with books and leaflets of local interest, and an upright piano
Down one step is the kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washer and cupboards stocked with plenty of crockery, glasses and catering items
Through the kitchen out into the sunny conservatory which doubles as a bright and airy dining room with double door access to the enclosed courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture
Off the lounge are two bedrooms
One double to the front of the property with views over the fields
One twin to the rear of the property overlooking the courtyard
There is also a newly refurbished and modern shower room with whb and wc
Upstairs (which are narrow and steep), is an attic room, which has many uses - a quiet area to read, a games room, a music room - the owner has left his guitar there for guests to use. There is also a low level double bed in this room, which could be used youngsters (additional charge for bedding).

The staircase to the attic room is narrow and steep
