St John’s Place is a spacious one bedroom holiday apartment in a grand, semi-detached Eastbourne residence on a wide leafy street which leads directly to the seafront – you can see the sea from the front gate.
This tranquil Exclusively Eastbourne holiday apartment is located on the edge of the lovely Meads area of Eastbourne, which has its own village shops, cafes and pubs. The wider attractions of Eastbourne are still within easy walking distance.
It is ideally located for those visiting St Bede’s, St Andrew’s & Moira House Schools, yet is also just 10-15 minutes walk from central Eastbourne and the theatres.
As the building is set on a hill, there are fabulous views over Eastbourne from the bay window in the lounge, which has comfy sofas, a big flatscreen TV and a small dining table and chairs.
The double bedroom has windows overlooking the front garden, painted white floorboards and a rustic French boudoir feel. One of the sofas in the lounge is a sofabed suitable for a child, so a family of three can be accommodated (supplement applies).
There is a separate small kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven/hob and washing machine – plus all the pots, pans and utensils you’ll need. The bathroom has a lovely-sized corner bath with shower over and there’s a separate toilet.
WiFi is provided, plus towels and linen (but please bring your own beach towels). There is unrestricted/free parking on St John's Road.
Short breaks and flexible check in days may be possible out of season or last minute.
