This is a garden flat, so you descend a few steps to the basement level to access.
LIVING & DINING AREA
The apartment enters on to the living area- with lovely fairy lights and plants, its has a welcoming atmosphere. There is a large, white corner sofa, with a wooden coffee table; a television in the corner and a fireplace, with floral tiling details. On the right, there is a dining table and chairs, surrounded by a bookcase, shelves and wine rack.
The kitchen area is adjacent to the living room, with wooden worktops and cream fittings. Toy lobsters dance across the ceiling and orange utensils contrast the grey tiles behind. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay including a coffee machine and there is even a small herb garden on the worktop.
In the hallway, there is a utilities cupboard on the right-hand side, with a combined washing machine and tumble dryer for use.
The bathroom comprises a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin. There is also a heated towel rail.
This bedroom includes a double bed, shelves for storage, a chest of drawers and toys, as this is a child’s bedroom.
Down a few steps, to the master bedroom. This room has a super-king-sized bed, which is surrounded by beautiful plants and a mirror. This room also has a white wardrobe for storage and the windows overlook the lovely garden outside.
The garden is accessed through doors in the master bedroom. There is a large decking area, complete with striped deck chairs! There are lots of surrounding plants, as well as trees at the rear of the garden and a washing line. It is a secluded, relaxing space. The garden also has a BBQ, perfect for dining al fresco.
