Our 2 apartments are located in the pleasant district, lively and authentic of the Croix-Rousse.

Near the Croix-Rousse Metro Line C subway, we are well placed for visiting Lyon.

Place potting soils, City Hotel, Le Vieux Lyon, the Saint John area are nearby.

We offer two apartments:

- THE Pattern:

A 60m2 apartment with two bedrooms + living room + a garage.

Just perfect!Welcoming, comfortable and beautifully decorated flat which accommodated our family of4

The property was well located, we walked everywhere during our stay. We also visited places recommended by Yumi and Eric, some we drove.

Home from home with an extra touch of luxury, we ate out and also enjoyed restful evening home. The choice was ours as we could eat out in restaurants close by or pop out to local shop to get what we needed.

A wonderful stay, thank you to you both.

Absolutely wonderful apartment. Totally recommend staying here.

This apartment is in a great location. Located in an old building with lots of old world French charm, the 2nd floor apartment was fully loaded with all the modern conveniences. The building is on a quiet street yet very close to the Blvd. Croix-Rousse with the market, restaurants, stores all within a 4 minute walk. My three sisters and I totally loved our stay in this apartment. The owner Eric was very pleasant and gave us tons of information on nice walks to take, store locations and more. Really can't say enough good things about this place.

Great apartment. Nice location. Great host.

The apartment building is older but the unit is completely remodeled and really beautiful. There were six of us so two slept in the living room. No complaints. We even made do just fine with the one bathroom. It was helpful that the toilet is in a separate room. It made getting six people ready much easier. Our host Yumi helped us with directions and places nearby and how to get to the central downtown area, etc. It's not very close to the train station but Lyon is large so much of the city is not close to the train station. We rented a car for the rest of our trip right before we left Lyon and there is a private parking spot right downstairs for it, which was super convenient. There are nearby grocery stores and a number of great restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed staying here and would recommend it.

Lovely spacious apartment. Well equipped and nicely decorated. A short walk to the excellent outdoor market of Croix-Rousse. Close enough the the metro stop makes exploring Lyon easy. Yumi was very helpful and Check in and check out went very smoothly.
