3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room for 7 people.

The house has 180 sq.m. The entry has a high ceiling with small skylights that create a warm, lighted and welcoming environment. The living room is the largest part of the house and has a fireplace, TV, DVD and sound system; from there, you can go to the terrace, completely glassed, where you can see Las Negras town, the sea and the mountains. From the living room, you can access the interior dining room, which has a large wooden table and six chairs, and is connected to the kitchen (fully fitted with all appliances) There are 2 double bedrooms and one with beds; all with fitted wardrobe. The porch, next to the entry door, has a large stone table and 6 chairs, where our guests can enjoy their lunch, snack or dinner while looking at the pool in a quiet and pleasant surroundings.

Guidelines: You can enter into the property at 3:00 p.m. on the arrival day. To any other option, please check with the owners. We will be happy to assist you. Normally, when there are guests at the house, we move to the ground floor studio, next to the staircase. Our phone numbers are: Rosa and Ingmar.

At the moment of arrival, you need to pay the balance of the booking.

We will only allow the established number of people (8 people max.), mentioned in the description of the property, (no need to inform the owner). This includes children over 2 . If the number of guests exceeds the established capacity indicated in the guidelines, the owner can demand a financial compensation proportional to the price per person Please, do not hesitate in contacting us if any changes are needed; we are open to discussion.

? If the extra customers arrive at the location without previous authorization of the owners, they can refuse their admission.

? The owner reserves the cancellation or admission rights if the previous instructions were not respected.

? The owner will inform about the two nearest supply shops, place of interest and will show them the house. You can find detailed information about the activities available in Las Negras inside the house. Also, in the town square the is an information counter. We are available for consultation.

Thanks for not contacting the owner during ungodly hours, except in case of an emergency.

If a there is a problem, you have to contact the owner, by phone or personally. You also have to contact the owner before going out the house to avoid misunderstandings.

? The clients will be responsible for keeping the house completely closed when going out. This is very important please. We want to avoid any theft of loss of belongings.

? If the clients bring a pet, they will be responsible for avoiding damages to the facilities, and they will have to assume the cost of a damage. They will also be responsible for the civil liability arising from the actions of your pet on third parties. As you know, we also have two dogs: Bonkie, a female, defends her territory, barks at the people it does know, but Bonkie does not bite, of course. Romeo is bigger, but affectionate. Romeo likes children and being touched, but you have to keep the food away from him...

? If you find any deficiency, you have to inform the owner as soon as possible and during the stay, to have the opportunity of make things clear during your stay. The landlord will not accept any claim after your departure.

Una casa fantastica y unos dueños muy atentos

La casa es aun mejor de lo que reflejan las fotos, con unas vistas que quitan el aliento. Todo estab a perfecto y lo que no (un par de bombillas) se resolvió en dia. Ideal para desconectar y conocer Cabo de Gata.

Hemos estado muy bien, la casa es muy grande y acogedora. Las vistas impresionantes, super tranquilo.Rosa y su marido unos anfitriones de primera. En ningún momento invadieron nuestra intimidad.

Pero no le doy un 5 estrellas por el tema de que hay una antena muy grande en el jardín. No molesta, pero impone un poco.

No hay mejor comentario que decir a quien lea estas líneas que para saber como es lo que nos ofrece esta encantadora pareja , propietarios de éste chalet indicarles que vayan a pasar ahí sus vacaciones y lo descubrirán por si mismos. Daré una sola pista... todo genial...

Que du bonheur

Nous avons passé des vacances merveilleuses. La maison est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Elle est bien équipé et la piscine fort agréable. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir vite. Et le plus du plus c'est que nous avons eu un accueil fabuleux. Les propriétaires sont vraiment adorables et discrets. Merci à eux. Il y a pleins de belles choses à découvrir aux alentours et si vous êtes dans les bonnes périodes un bon petit resto a agua amargua "la villa". ?

It is located inside of Cabo de Gata-Níjar National Park, which has the largest number of protected species in Spain both from a cultural and natural point of view.

It has one of the most arid landscapes in Europe. Its volcanic origin, its costs and marine ecosystem are considered one of the highest quality in the Spanish Mediterranean

Villa Las Estrellas has been fully remodelled and has been available for rent for 4 years; for this reason, all our guests enjoy of a pleasant stay.

Would you like to know us?:

Las Negras is a town of Nijar, in the province of Almeria. It is located inside of Cabo de Gata-Níjar National Park. It is located 50 km away from the capital. .

According to local legends, this town was founded due to a tragedy: men from the nearby town of San Pedro (Cala de San Pedro) had a rough night in the ocean and were shipwrecked. Their women became widows and had to visit other towns to survive the new settlement was named after the particular outfit of its founders, black garments of mourning.

Others believe that the name of 'Las Negras' comes from the volcanic origin of Cerro Negro, located on the left side of town.

The Italian film È già ieri was filmed on this location as well as the Spaniard film Los gallos de la madrugada, starring Fernando Fernán Gómez and Concha Velasco completely filmed in Las Negras. Additionally, music video clips from Amaral (Dias de Verano), and The Lunatico (Volver a verte) among others have been recorded here.

The beach is bordered by the spur of Cala Del Cuervo to the South and by Cerro Negro to the North. All the information services and restaurants are available as well as showers and trash bins. You can access the beach from the town.

Security at the beach is in charge of a Red Cross patrol that periodically goes over the beach, especially during summer, due to the increase of tourists.

At the slopes of Cerro Negro, there are unspoiled coves and caves, where diving is recommended: Cala Hernandez, Piedra Colora. As a matter of fact, there is a diving club in town.

In the marine ecosystem you can find species as groupers, moray eels and octopi. Also, there are posidonia meadows (Posidonia oceánica) that protect the smallest species.

Many restaurants and bars are available if you want to eat tapas as well as a small supermarket and a tobacco store.

Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park

This Nature Park is one of the largest natural spots in Spain, with the bigger number of protected species.

It has one of the most arid landscapes in Europe. Its volcanic origin, its costs and marine ecosystem are considered one of the highest quality spots in the Spanish Mediterranean.

Fauna and flora in this park are very particular because most of them are endemic or endangered species. It has more than 1000 terrestrial species and almost 300 marine species that share the same ecosystem due to the geographical position, weather conditions, and ocean currents that create an extraordinary environment.

The Cabo de Gata lighthouse and Las Sirenas reef are two of the most representative icons of Almeria.

The Beaches

Torregarcía (Retamar), where you can find a tower that protects the image of the Virgin of the Sea, patron of Almeria.

Almoladeras Beach (Cabo de Gata) is preserved due to its Roman remains.

San Miguel Beach (Cabo de Gata) is a sand beach in an urbanized area.

Almadraba de Montelva Beach is a lovely fine sand beach in an urbanized area.

Fabriquilla Beach is also a sand beach in an urbanized area.

Cala Rajá (San José), you can access through a goat path and has 120 m long.

Cala Carbón (San José) is a stone beach with a spectacular view to the mountains.

Media Luna Cove, which has been called this way due to its shape (half moon).

Monsul Beach is one of the most popular ones and has parking space and a transportation service in summer.
