About Property Manager
We are two very curious persons with the desire of discovering the world and its inhabitants, finding out the simplicity of small gestures and beauty beyond appearance. That is why, with our small business, we would like to give the opportunity to foreigners to discover our beautiful city, its secrets, our world, hidden corners, and the stories that are still whispering in the alleys, the ruins, the monuments and the markets ...

This apartment in Piazza di Pietra is beautiful. It’s charming; it’s authentic and it’s so convenient to everywhere you want to go! Sure, it’s kinda head-bumpy, but we were there 6 days and I only bumped into one of those gorgeous old beams once :) I was very grateful for that elevator too! Did I mention how beautiful it is ?!
Get up early and walk the streets of Rome before it’s teeming with day trippers and tour groups. The Pantheon before breakfast, the Piazza Navona before anyone arrives, the Trevi Fountain after a late dinner. The Ponte Sante’Angelo is magnificent at dawn!
Have dinner at least once at the tiny Antica Trattoria da Pietra al Pantheon. The best pizza in Rome imho is from a tiny place near the Trevi Fountain (5-10 minutes walk away) at Piccolo Bucco. Head over to the market Campo dei Fiori and pick up some bread, cheeses, meats and limoncello for a delicious lunch. While you’re at the market, try the best tiramisu in Rome at ZUM.
If you’re staying a few days, walk over the Tiber to the Trastevere district. It’s really picturesque and less busy. Oh, and at least once take in the free light show on the front of the Temple of Hadrian some time after sunset. Enjoy!!
Our three nights were wonderful. The ceilings are a little low but the apartment couldn’t be more charming. For a short stay you can’t go wrong.
This property is in a fantastic location - very near the Pantheon. Apartment was lovely, all the amenities required, cute little kitchen and plenty of space. I would recommend, if you are a light sleeper, bringing ear plugs as there are Sea Gulls that fly over the area and they can be quite loud. The check in process was very easy and the phone line was very helpful in answering our questions. Overall we had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it.
If you want to be in the heart of Rome, you can't beat the location.
Marta was a pleasure to deal with from reservation to check in. Prior to our trip Marta asked if we would like her to arrange a driver to pick us up at the airport. As this was our first time to Rome it was a pleasure to be meet right outside of baggage claim and be lead to a Mercedes in close proximity and wisked away to our apartment. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Plenty of space for the two of us and it was quite charming. Having the elevator to to the 5th floor and then only having to walk up one flight of stairs was appreciated. Being so close to the Pantheon and right on the Piazza made it a wonderful location. Because the apartment is on the top floor and under the roof eaves if you are tall just be aware that you will be ducking most of the time including in the shower. Not a negative just be aware. For us we loved the apartment and would stay again.
Marta was a fabulous host and always available to assist.
We loved the location of the apartment! It was really central and in a vibrant area. Marta was very helpful in answering our questions and helping us with transport and other in enquiries.
Lovely (if a bit low-hanging) Stay in Rome!
Spacious, well-appointed, funky/charming place located in Piazza Pietras, within quick walking distance of the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Marta was especially gracious and helpful with meeting us and orienting us to the property. Once you get used to the angle of the ceiling (and its attendant, aforementioned low-hanging beams), you relax and feel part of everything around you. Great restaurant steps away from the front door, too!
When you walk through Rome you often stop to observe a corner, a street, a detail of the city. You look around and admire the old buildings, the alleys, the large and majestic streets and you feel every place is telling you something. You wonder who has walked through the Piazzas, who has lived in the palaces, which intrigues, conspiracies were plotted in one of the many narrow streets of the centre. You wonder how the buildings were in ancient Rome, made of luxury and poverty, of great beauty and decay.
Our amazing apartment represents a key to answer some of these questions!
