About Property Manager
I am Swiss and live in London with my Chinese husband. Working as a consultant and coach with interest in yoga and discovering new places I love travelling and am travelling a lot so I look to offer in my flats what I appreciate most myself. A clean, beautiful and uncluttered quiet space to retreat from the city buzz and enjoy the company of friends and family.

Great dwelling in a great location!
This was just what we needed as a party of 6 oldsters. Well located, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms.
Do not have valuables if you stay here
We arrived as a family of 6 to this flat after an overseas flight. We arrived early and arranged to drop off our bags with the owner. The housekeeper was there when we dropped off our bags so we left them in her care. When we returned about 5 hours later, $500 cash was stolen from one of the bags and one of the front windows had been left unsecured. The window is located right in front of the property and just below the window is a storage cabinet placed so that it would be very easy to open the window and climb inside. We contacted the property owner immediately and she said there was nothing she could do because we left the luggage "at our own risk". I emailed pictures of the unlocked window but the owner and manager did nothing to help. We contacted VRBO and we are still working with them to try to get this resolved. We are hoping that VRBO is able to help as we have never had such an unresponsive property manager before (we have stayed at numerous other rentals). If we had left luggage at a hotel, we would expect our bags to be secure. VRBO rentals should have the same level of security and customer service. For the rest of our stay, I felt very unsafe because I did not know if the thief would return when my children or their grandparents were asleep. I would recommend not staying here unless you have no valuables with you and are able to defend yourself. It's a good location and size but it's not worth it without adequate security and a responsive property manager.
We really enjoyed our stay and loved the ease of location. We had a total of 7 people and had plenty of room.
Wonderfully convenient location in safe pleasant area of London.
Very comfortable stay in heart of Kensington. Easy to find, lovely area. Location is perfect for museums, Knightsbridge, Royal Albert Hall and even Kew Gardens is only 20 mins away by tube (District line). Gloucester Road station is 5 minute walk with South Kensington 7-8 minutes. Taxis in abundance on main streets at each end of the Mews. Multiple restaurants and shops close by. House is small but spacious enough for four adults each with own bedroom. Beds very comfortable. Linens and towels are lovely. The owners are flexible re luggage left at house early and stored later than departure time which is very useful. We enjoyed our stay here.
Great Location, Great House just a pity about the hot water!
I would have given the place 5 stars if it was not for the availability of hot water in the house. As we had a party of nine loved the fact that we could get in the house early to dump our bags before exploring around London. Easy instructions and access to the house. The location is perfect right between South Kensington and Gloucester Road tube stations. Plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do within walking distance. The house was clean, one of the beds in the smallest bedroom seemed smaller than the others and would have been a stretch getting 2 adults comfortably in the bed. The sofa is not a sofa bed - it does say sofa in the add so I misread - so do not bank on that being as comfortable as what a sofa bed may be. The only issue was the hot water or none of it which was a wake up each morning with an icy cold shower!! I seemed to be having a back and forth conversation with the owner? (Not sure) and the housekeeper however no one came out to fix. With that said great value for money and comfortable and would stay again

This mew house is in the south kensington area. It is a safe area and close to the Glouster and South Kensington subway stations. It is also in walking distance to national natural history museum. The house size is good for two families. There are also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The management is very responsive and easy to work with. We have spent a wonderful vacation in London!
Located in a a quiet, secluded environment perfect to escape the buzz of the city! Stanhope Mews East is well located for the shops, restaurants, boutiques and bars of South Kensington and Gloucester Road, including the French Lycee.
