Bright, stylishly furnished, spacious penthouse on three floors with stunning sea and mountain views. The apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to Torrequebrada Golf Course. It also benefits from a beautiful communal swimming pool, two lovely large south facing terraces with views of the coast to Fuengirola and underground parking. In addition there is air-conditioning and heating throughout. There are 2 twin bedrooms and one double bedroom and three bathrooms (one en-suite). The master bedroom also has a very large terrace. This is a luxury apartment that has been designed to very high specifications. Due to the high ceilings in the apartment the photos do not do it justice - it really has to be seen! Close to all amenities, Benalmadena resort is a 5 minute drive away. Perfect for golf lovers or for those looking for a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.
Please note that the communal swimming pools are closed from 1st October till the end of April/beginning of May.
Nueva Torrequebrada: Is located in the area of Benalmadena Costa within the province of Malaga on the Costa del Sol. Within easy reach of many of the areas attractions, it is ideal for both sight-seeing & relaxing. The beautiful marina of Benalmadena is a 5 minute drive away and the resort has a great selection of bars & restaurants.
There are excellent local facilities including a Mercadona supermarket, Bank, Cafe's, bars and restaurants within a short walk of the apartment. There is also a good bus service and taxi rank at the end of the road.
Golf Information: The apartment is in an ideal location for golfers, being within easy driving distance of Torrequebrada Golf Course. There are an additional 35 courses within easy reach, including the famous course of Valderrama, which was chosen to host the 'Ryder Cup' in 1997. Other courses in the area include Mijas-Golf & Marbella Golf Club.
Places of Interest: Andalucia is a wonderful area to explore. Visit the Alhambra in Granada, the Cathedral in Seville or the Mezquita in Cordoba to name but three stunning architectural wonders. Spend time in the typical Andalucian white villages to enjoy the unique taste of Spain. Gibraltar is great for tax free shopping and if you wish to travel further afield, Tangiers is just a 2.5 hour ferry ride from Algeciras across the Straits of Gibraltar.

This triplex apartment is very bright and spacious. It has all you need, sunloungers, washing machine, TV (with Kodi), DVD player, (plenty of DVD's and books) etc.
Set near the top of a hill yet only 500m from the beach, not too difficult a walk up. A decent supermarket is about 100m away and a number of restaurants and bars are a short walk away.
There are a couple of very regular local buses which will take you into Benalmadena, 10 mins away and costs 1.55 euros. We walked one day and it took under an hour.
We hired a car which made the holiday much easier to generally get around and visit, for example, small hillside villages, however a car is not essential.
The apartment itself is very good, only negative comment is that some of the outdoor furniture could do with replacing, though this is minor and didn't impact on our enjoyment. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone and would stay again if we returned to the area.
The owners met us upon arrival and were very helpful with local advice and tips.
The apartment was a home from home with everything you need. It was great for us with 2 young children. It was spacey and well equipped. The views out into the bay at night were stunning and we often ate on the balcony which was set up with a solid table/chairs and loungers. The apartment is close for the bus links into both fuengirola and benalmadena and there are a handle of restaurants close by all of which were lovely. All in all a lovely property of which we would recommend.
We had a fabulous time staying in this lovely apartment. It is beautifully light and airy with plenty of space spread over three floors and a great open-plan design for the living/dining area.
The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, crockery and glasses, as well as dish washer, microwave etc. and the bedrooms are very comfortable.
The terraces have wonderful views, and the communal swimming pool is large and very convenient.
In addition to only being 15 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, there are plenty of lovely beaches and restaurants nearby, as well as a very convenient supermarket.
The owners are very friendly and welcoming and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a holiday or break in this lovely and very sunny part of Spain.
We can’t wait to return again soon.
We zipped over to Malaga for a great long weekend staying at this stunning three bedroom apartment.
It was really easy to find from the airport and we were met there by Linda who gave us the welcome tour.
There is so much space and the rooms are all a great size.
We loved having our breakfast on the balcony/terrace each morning to take in the views of the sea.
We would highly recommend staying here for great access to all the places you might want to visit. we had a great day in Malaga itself which was just a twenty five minute drive away.

This apartment rocks! From the moment you enter the flat you are looking out at the most stunning views to the sea.
It is bright, light and furnished in a modern, stylish way to a very high standard. Good water pressure in the modern and spacious bathrooms and the split-level layout gives space to different members of the family or friends.
The excellent facilities means you can enjoy TV and fast Wi-Fi or play games in comfort in the living room or take a break from technology and just admire the view or read a good book from a sun-lounger.
The supermarkets nearby are well stocked with local produce and you can cook a meal in the well-equipped kitchen then dine at the large table or al fresco on the terrace.
A car allows you to explore the many interesting places Andalucia has to offer; Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Puerta Banus and Cordoba to name but a few. There are some great shopping malls nearby as well.
We enjoyed exploring the local area with its superb restaurants, bars and cafes – fresh fish overlooking the sea, jamon Iberica, tapas and international favourites such as Italian and Chinese.
if you don’t have a car you can just as easily explore on foot - the beach is very close by. Relax in the large, clean pool or on one of the terraces, sheltered by the awning or catching the sun if you prefer.
It is a peaceful location and would suit couples or friends as well as families with older children.
Linda the owner is on hand if ever you need anything and is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Nothing is too much trouble.
