On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with various appliances, a small bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine and a room for storing sea equipment (shared).
A common staircase leads to the sleeping area on the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub; all the rooms have screens on the windows.
The house is located in a quiet area 3 km from the center of Latisana and 12 km from the lively seaside resort of Lignano Sabbiadoro renowned for its fine sand. At 2 km from the house there is the train and bus station that connects it to the various localities of the Adriatic coast like Bibione and Caorle.
The farm, during the summer months, allows you to watch the moments of fruit harvesting; on request it organizes visits and "open doors" to tourists with tasting and sale of their products. The green area surrounding the house is used for parking (free and wooded) and for ping-pong and five-a-side football on the lawn. The company is close to the Tagliamento river, which allows you to dive into its fresh and clear waters, to the "Parco dei Pappagalli" oasis of the WWF and to the various tourist resorts of the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia-Giulia.
