This property consists of a main house and a restored attached building. The exteriors of this house are wonderful. There is a chlorine 10x5m swimming pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m. Around the pool you will enjoy an outdoor shower, a total of 8 sunbeds, where you can relax enjoying the Majorcan sunshine, and 1 umbrella to protect yourself during the hottest days. The total paved surface of the outside area measures 150m2 and, apart from having sunbeds, it is also furnished so you can enjoy refreshments and snacks outdoors. In the same paved area you will find a fix barbecue where you can demonstrate your culinary skills while sharing memorable moments with your loved ones. This property also has a great 300m2 lawn area. From the kitchen you can access the furnished porch where you can enjoy eating and outdoor dining with family and friends. The property has parking space for a total of 4 vehicles.
The living room with a wood burning stove is ideal to relax watching satellite TV or a DVD movie. The dining room, which is in the same area as the living room is huge and has 1 table for 16 people, where you can meet with friends to enjoy unforgettable evenings. On one side of the dining area, you have access to the indoor barbecue. From the dining room you can access the property’s kitchen, which is fully equipped to prepare any dish, including electric stove. In the house there is 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms: 2 downstairs, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds, and 1 on the first floor with 2 single beds. In the attached building, which used to be a wind mill and was renovated, there are 2 single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and closets. The two additional spaces that are available are in the sofa bed and have a small additional charge. There are a total of 4 bathrooms in the property, 3 on the ground floor of the main house (all full bathrooms, 1 with shower and in suite, and 2 more with shower) and 1 in the attached building, which is complete with shower, and it is in suite. This property has air conditioning, central heating and 1 crib for little ones, in case you need it.
The property is just 2.2 km from Sa Pobla, where you can find everything you may need during your stay. Pollença is also a short distance by car. It is a lovely town worth visiting; you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the shops in the area. You can climb up to the Calvari, an old church that is in the upper town, where you will enjoy spectacular views. Just 15km away there is Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Spend a day on the sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area, there are good restaurants to eat paella which have spectacular views. Ca'n Picafort’s promenade is full of life and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. We also recommend you to visit the area of Alcudia, where there are wonderful pristine coves.
