The exteriors are beautiful, perfect for spending time outdoors, enjoying a good barbecue, swimming in the pool, having a drink in the garden, relaxing on a deck-chair and sunbathing, etc. There is a Ping-Pong table, a private swimming pool of 13 x 6 m (with 1 m at the shallow end increasing to 2.5 m at the deep end), an orchard with different fruit trees, and a furnished porch of 120 m2, where you can spend great evenings with family or friends.
This 300 m2 house is distributed over two floors. It has four bedrooms: three double-bedded on the ground floor, and another one on the first floor with three single beds and two trundle beds, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. Two cots are available if needed. In addition to the en-suite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms -with a bath each- on the ground floor, and an outdoor toilet.
The living-dining is very bright and equipped with satellite TV and a fireplace. There is a separate kitchen, fully-equipped with a gas cooker, a fireplace and all utensils you need to cook without a problem. In the laundry are will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The villa is about 30 km from the centre of Palma, and 4 km from Binissalem, where you can walk around and find all possible amenities, such as supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc. Binissalem is a village of about 7,000 inhabitants famous for producing wine, with Designation of Origin. Every Friday morning from 8 am to 3 pm, a market - offering a wide variety of top quality products such as fruits, vegetables, cheeses, etc. - is held in the church square. Within a 25-minute drive, you will reach the Platja de Palma, or, if you prefer, Port de Sóller, one of the most charming villages in the island, is a 45-minute drive away. Go through the villages located in the Serra de Tramuntana or enjoy a day in one of the many beaches around the island. In the area there are good restaurants, with incredible views, to eat paella.
