At 3,300m, Mont-Fort is the highest peak of the 4 Vallées ski area that offers world class conditions for skiers and freeriders.

The luxury apartment on the 2nd floor has superb panoramic mountain views and a beautiful pool and sauna on the floor below, as well as a ski locker and underground parking area. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin) and is just 2 minutes walk from the village centre and 400m to the main Tracouet Telecabine. A beautiful open kitchen and living area opens out onto a large balcony enjoying fantastic views of the mountains and the Rhone-Valley. Situated close to plenty of good restaurants and bars as well as the resort’s other leisure facilities, the apartment provides stunning accommodation in Switzerland for a fantastic holiday - summer or winter.

Nendaz is more than just a winter wonderland - it's great all year round - the region is a haven for walkers at all levels, climbers and mountain bikers, not to mention paragliders, tennis and golf aficionados. There's plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in Nendaz and Sion too as well as an outdoor swimming-pool and tennis courts.

* Access: off-road parking, secure parking in underground garage - accessible to apartment by lift and stairs through main doors.

Great for Skiing & Summer Activities: Nendaz, is in the heart of The 4 Vallees, one of Europe's top ski regions. Nendaz station has it’s own telecabine which takes you up to the Tracouet ski area.

From Nendaz you can easily get to Siviez by car or free shuttle bus which stops outside the apartment - providing easy access to great walking routes in the Summer and skiing routes in the Winter. Siviez links into the middle of the 4 Vallées region so you can ski Veysonnaz, Thyon and Verbier. At 3,300m, Mont-Fort is the highest peak of the 4 Vallées ski area that offers world class conditions for skiers and free riders.

Over the last few years Tracouet has seen the development of a snow park which comprises of rails, different modules and a course of jumps. The “Croq’bar” snack bar with its deckchairs is a key meeting point.

Tracouet is the great location for children and beginners and there is a nursery for children from 18 months upwards. Families are well catered for with 3 ski schools operating from Nendaz and Siviez.

We took your advice and booked a ski locker at Gaby Sport in Siviez which was definitely a good move, made the vin chaud at the end of the day all the more enjoyable! As predicted conditions were fantastic and we enjoyed some of the best off piste/ Itinerere skiing we have had in Europe with the runs off Mont Gele being particularly popular. Siviez definitely seems to be the best place to access the most interesting and challenging areas of the 4 valleys area from. Thanks again” Chris Gledhill and family, Isle of Man

Homely, clean, great views, lovely apartment

We have just come back from a wonderful week in this apartment - absolutely lovely. Just as it is in the pictures, clean, wonderfully well maintained and well equipped with a wonderful view out of the living area. A very modern, secure apartment - you have a reserved parking space in a locked car park, the pool is close all you have to do is come out of your front door, into the lift and the lift opens into the pool. Really a lovely place, and the owners were so helpful.

Having been in there in September, we can still really recommend this place. A great location up plenty of winding roads, very close to shops, restaurants and all you need with heaps of out doorsy stuff to do, as well as close enough (with a car) to get to all that Lake Geneva has to offer. We loved it. Nothing negative to say.

Spacious and light apartment in Nendaz

This is a lovely spacious and light apartment in Nendaz with easy access to the local ski lift and also the buses taking you to other areas. The apartment is well equipped and furnished in a modern and contemporary way. We were there in the winter but I hope you go back for walks in the summer too.
