Casa Marina sits perfectly in the heart of Estepona's picturesque port. The views from this spacious townhouse are breathtaking. In an elevated position you can dine looking directly onto the marina and harbour. The location is quiet but just 2 minutes walk from the waterfront and a huge selection of restaurants, bars and even a music venue. Just along from the Marina are several sandy beaches with Chiringuito beach bars where you can spend a day in the water and still have food and drinks on hand. Everything you need for a perfect holiday is a stroll away. No need to worry about a car or driving.
The house is on three levels with several terraces facing the sea. The master bedroom covers the entire upper floorwith ensuite bathroom. Private terrace facing the sea with amazing views. The second en suite double bedroom on the first floor has the best terrace in the house also facing the sea and there are 2 further spacious twin rooms sharing a bathroom.
The ground floor has a good sized fully equipped kitchen and a large living and dining room which spills out onto the main south facing terrace overlooking the pool. Plenty of space for 8 people to eat , drink sunbathe, relax and enjoy.
The house is well equipped with fast internet and UK TV.
There is a traditional Spanish Market in the port on Sundays but if you with to explore further the old town of Estepona is near. Whilst much of the coast has become very modernised Estepona still feels Spanish.
For those who want a late night Mosaic Discoteque is a 30 minute walk, highly recommended with a regular line up of international DJs. Marbella and Puerto Banus where it gets extremely lively are a taxi ride away.
For culture the Spanish white villages of Casares and Gaucin offer a glimpse of Spains traditional past and a taste of its many cullinery delights.
