This modern well equipped apartment is situated on the ground floor with a terrace and small private garden with southerly aspect close to the pool area. The apartment block is very well maintained with lovely pool area and gardens. The apartment has one twin bedroom with a good sized built in wardrobe with safe. The bathroom also of good size contains a bath with shower, hand basin and low level WC. The lounge dining area contains a twin sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player, dining room table with 4 chairs. The new kitchen (new 2013) contains a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave. The terrace over looks the small private garden area and, there is also a table and seating for four people on the terrace. You can access the pool area directly from the garden.
These well equipped air conditioned apartments are situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerta Pollensa. Pinaret is extremely quiet yet just a couple of minutes walk to the town's best beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports. Located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the main promenade. Choice of 1st or ground floor apartments consist of a lounge dining area with comfortable sofa bed, TV incuding free to air UK channels, DVD and CD, leading directly to a private balcony looking to the pool /garden area incl. table & seating for 4 people. The apartment on the ground floor has similar facilities plus a small private garden. The shared private pool also has a small baby pool alongside plus plenty of sun loungers provided. The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa's fantastic beaches. You can transfer to the apartment by taxi or there are several shuttle bus services, please ask when booking.
The apartment on the ground floor has more or less the same facilities as the first floor ones, all apartments are exactly the same size each with living and dining area and ktichen with separate bathroom and bedroom with twin beds. The ground floor apartements have a small private garden which gets the sun most of the day rather than a balcony.

The property is booked from 16.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.
ADW - Accidental Damage Waiver of £20.00 per stay is added to reservations, this is paid instead of £250 damage / security deposit. Guests have the option to pay the security deposit instead of the ADW which is refunded on departure.

Me and my sister (who is disabled) stayed in this apartment for 1 week, it has very good facilities, great pool, and a fantastic owner, who was very helpfull. Hope to go back sooner rather then later. Thanks.
A great modern ground floor apartment, very clean with all the amenities one needs for a perfect holiday. Fantastic shared pool and certainly not crowded. For anyone wanting a quiet time but still within fifteen minutes of town and beach this couldn't, be bettered. I would definitely re-book.
Great apartment and perfect for the four of us - two adults and two small children. Nice to have a small garden and being so close to the pool. Really well located and only around a 5 minute walk from the beach and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend!

We stayed in these apartments October 2008, couldn't fault them at all. Everything you could need for self-catering was available. There is a nicely furnished balcony and the apartments are in a great spot. Nice and quiet, but within easy reach of beach, restaurants and shops. Georgina and Colin (we called him Captain Col) are extremely helpful and can organise travel from airport to apartments for a small fee. Would definitely go again and recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Puerta Pollensa!
Situated in the North of Mallorca, Puerta Pollensa is a popular family holiday destination. The beaches in this area are second to none. The historic market towns of Pollensa and Alcudia are less than a 10 min drive away and there are a plentiful supply of buses and taxis nearby should you not wish to drive. The local markets days on Sunday (Pollensa and Alcudia), Tuesday (Alcudia) and Wednesday (Puerta Pollensa). These towns also contain a fantastic collection of bars, restaurants and an array of shops featuring ceramics, art and crafts plus other local produce. The area surrounding Puerta Pollensa contains some of the most dramatic and amazing scenery to be found on the Island. The area is particular popular with cyclists, walkers & birdwatchers outside of the hot summer months. A little further north you can find one of the most picturesque beaches in the Med, the beach at Formentor (once used in the Bounty adverts) can be reached by a ferry that is a short stroll from the apartment
