Amazing Villa, very friendly and helpful owner!
We are a group of 9 girls on a hen do. Booked this villa five months in advance and it was so worth it. The villa was very clean, big and airy, with three living areas and two different outdoor seating areas. Owner gifted us some food and drinks to kick start the wonderful holiday. He was fast to response our questions /messages and gave good suggestions. will definitely book again!
Beautiful stay in this amazing villa. Loved it.
We stayed at this villa for 4 nights in May 2019. We were a group of 9 women on a hen party.
The owner met us on arrival and couldn’t be more accommodating. He gave us all the advice we needed and even took us to a supermarket for supplies.
The villa has everything you will need, it is clean, modern and has a great pool.
Close by there is a restaurant, bar and supermarket which is a 5 minute walk.
Paphos was a bit too far for us to walk to though, so we had a mini-bus each evening to take us into town. This was about 30euros return for 9 of us. The owner again gave us the details for the taxi company and they were there within 5 minutes wherever we were.
We had such a fun time and will hopefully be able to return.
The Universal Area of Kato Paphos is located mid-way between Paphos Town and Kato Paphos. The area is ideally located being close to all amenities, the beaches and also only a short drive from Paphos International Airport.
There is a kiosk, supermarket and two bars within 500m of the villa. A bus stop is located within a less than 5 minute walk from the villa.
Although car hire is recommended for all of our properties to help you make the most of your stay, this convenient area of Kato Paphos operates a regular bus service to Paphos Town, Kato Paphos Harbour, the beach and hotels, shops and restaurants etc.
The Harbour at Kato Paphos is located a mere 4kms from the area of Universal and the area attracts visitors all year round. You can stroll along the quay and visit one of the many fish restaurants, tavernas and cafes. During the summer many cultural events take place in the square just in front of the Medieval Castle of Paphos at the harbour. The castle is, in fact, all that remains of a much earlier castle dating from 1391, which was demolished by the Venetians. A visit to the Paphos Archaeological Park is a must during your stay, the park is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list and includes monuments from prehistoric times to the Middle Ages, while most remains date to the Roman period.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well-preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings is probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made.
There are plenty of organised family beaches to choose from when staying in the area of Universal; Geroskipou Municipal Beach, Faros Lighthouse Beach, Municipal Baths Beach and a little further along the coast are Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach.
Exploring Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horseriding, a bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, cinema, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo.
For the golf enthusiasts, there are 4 golf courses; Minthis Hills, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within a 30 minute drive.
