Ideal for lovers of quiet .House nature in the forest near the village. Located in a privileged spot.

Majorcan house, newly built. It retains the traditional style with modern amenities. Wide spaces with high ceilings.

      215 m2 on two levels:

        Open plan downstairs with fully integrated, living room with fireplace and bathroom. (115 m2)

 Porch with terrace (30 m2) with a large dining table and sofas.

Top with 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom floor.

Private Covered Parking

      Facing south, lots of sun, not overlooked, country road access (approximate 500 meters). It is recommended to rent a small car than low. Need not be 4x4

Small private pool with salt system, ideal for children, with terrace, table tennis, hammocks and loungers

       The front porch can be closed: the playground and pool is independent of the house.

Fully equipped.

Eco House: marry powered by solar panels. All appliances are adapted to this system.

Super Haus, sehr sauber, ideal für 8 Personen, Lage semi

Gegen das Haus kann man nichts sagen, sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, ideal für den Winter durch die Zentralheizung. Die Lage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da mitten im Nirgendwo, aber das hat natürlich auch Charme. Wer eine Auszeit braucht, sollte hier hinfahren!

Wonderful house in the middle of nature

We had a great stay in this wonderful big house. Plenty of space and a very well equiped kitchen. The kids loved the pool and the table tennis. We loved the quite beautiful surroundings. A bit narrow road the last hundred meters but we got the hang of it after a couple of days.

Lovely hideaway

Spent a fantastic and relaxing week in this beautiful villa.

After a slightly challenging drive up a narrow road we reached a lovely hideaway.

A rustic house, generous in size, with every comforts you may need (except perhaps a dishwasher). The three bedrooms were all en suite and everything new and fresh.

Loved the two beautiful terraces, where we spent many hours enjoying the sun at the pool area and chilling out in the outdoor lounge.

The terrace provided good seating for six persons where we enjoyed many dinners in the sunset.

As being situated all by itself it was an extremely quiet and peaceful place.

The landlord Matteo was very helpful and welcoming and we highly recommend this property and hope you will appreciate your stay as much as we did.

Villa mit Garten und privatem Pool, umgeben von Wäldern in S'Arraco

Das typisch mallorquinische Landhaus liegt absolut ruhig in den bewaldeten Hügeln von S'Arraco. Das Haus ist über einen schmalen, nicht asphaltierten etwas abenteuerlichen Weg mit dem Auto zu erreichen (nicht zu großes Auto wählen; hatten Renault Scenic mit dem klappte es gut); Auto unbedingt notwendig, da der Weg nach S'Arraco von und zum Haus zu Fuß zu weit und etwas beschwerlich sein kann;

S'Arraco selber ursprünglicher,kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt(klein) ,Bank und Bar sowie 2 Restaurants

Das Haus entspricht den Fotoangaben und sollte als typisch Mallorquinisch Rustikal erwartet werden

alles ok , schöne überdachte Terrasse am Haus mit Blick ins unverbaute Grün der Berge

Waschmaschine vorhanden

3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad

Handtücher für Bad und Strand im Haus vorhanden

WLAN vorhanden

Pool für Schwimmer zu klein, sonst ok

im Poolbereich Liegen und Tischtennisplatte vorhanden

der Vermieter Mateu kümmert sich und ist jederzeit erreichbar (über Handy), wenn etwas zu klären sein sollte.

die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert komplikationslos nach telefonischer Absprache mit Mateu am Kirchplatz von S'Arracco

Hinweis: die Lage des Hauses in der Beschreibung des Objektes bei Google Maps stimmt nicht ;

das Haus liegt viel weiter in den Hügeln etwas abseits vom Ort (3 Minuten mit dem Auto) absolut ruhig
